Outstanding service! I cant say enough about Leigh Bryant and her team. I am from out of state and needed to sell my deceased sisters home. I found Leigh by recommendation and I couldnt have found better. She was out of town when I was in town so she did a walk through of the property with me on FaceTime and one of her associates who was present. Leigh gave great suggestions on staging and pricing. We actually did much better than the comps suggested due to Charlottes crazy hot market. In response to a request for a testimonial from On the Move Charlotte:Our decision to enter into a contract with Realtor Chelsea Ashworth as our listing broker was based on her friendship with our niece. Although she presented in our opinion, with a more aggressive personality than we would have liked, we felt confident that we could make our own decisions and make them known to her.Personality is not issue in the review but rather that when we did make Chelsea aware of our decision to stay firm on our price negotiation, we felt abandoned from any further support or representation for her.The last communication from Chelsea Ashworth was a voicemail stating the buyer would be going forward with the purchase at the negotiated price.From the time that we notified Chelsea of our decision to remain firm on our price, she did not respond to questions sent via email and text.
