Customer service interactions - from sales to technicians - are always easy and exceptional. Calling for supplies or scheduling a service call is never a hassle. The current copier has had 4 service calls in the 4 years weve had it - and every one of them relatively simple, nothing detrimental to our work day or production. We just replaced it with the newest model of the same - super happy with it!!!!
