I love Epiphany. the staff makes you feel very welcomed and is very easy to talk too. Inshena was kind and caring. She helped me and both the Shelby and Charlotte office making sure I had everything I needed and was at the most convenient location.
Ms. Inshena is awesome and Dr Mason is great too. He actually listens to everything I have to say and remembers and checks on me. Ms. Inshena always goes out of her way to help me as well. If it wasnt for her I would still be paying for my medicine and medicaid is supposed to.
Nice, caring and very understanding. My son enjoys the doctor and staff
I love this place and the people everyone is very nice and the vibe is great I love meeting with my doctor and talking with him he is a very good listener does it make you feel like a patient but that you are family and I also love the counselor that I seen as well can’t wait to see her again I love that they send my medicine right over to my pharmacy and all I have to do is wait for a call to let me know it’s ready they really care about their patients and are always there for my needs thanks
Very knowledgeable and professional Dr! Staff and nurses are also wonderful!! I highly recommend Epiphany to help you make your tomorrow a better day!
I personally think that they perform their work with enthusiasm and empathy which add real values to they do in order to help the patient to improve with their mental health needs.
There is always a change in providers and each new provider wants to try to reinvent the wheel. Inshena the Medical Assistant is very disrespectful and rude. The office Manager is very complacent. If your insurance allows you to go elsewhere, please do that! I have worked in the medical field clinical, clerical and managerial and I have never come across such a poorly run office in my 30 year career. So I rate them less than 1, but I have to put something.
I absolutely love my therapist! I found the best person to help me through my journey. She is not transactional, but understands my struggles. She is not just a degree on the wall.
When people care they put you overall thats why I keep coming back and so will you. No matter what the need! If they cant fill it they will find it for you.Excellence;Ms.PamMs.Johnson
My very first visit at this location went well. Everyone was extremely nice and it was a positive atmosphere. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for my medication as the prey authorization form was not sent to my insurance. My next visit was a virtual visit and I was told to come in to the office for that visit. When I showed up, the doors were locked. Their hours said they were open, but the facility was closed. I was still able to use my phone to have my visit. The doctor I saw had no idea they were closed and said they shouldnt have been. I went to get my medication and still no form was sent with it. I was not able to pay $181 again for my medication so I could not pick it up. My pharamicist and myself have been calling, attempting to get this form and neither of us have been able to talk to someone, nor are they returning voicemails. I ran out of meds about 2 weeks ago.On 5/26/21 I called the office a 9:05 am and did not get an answer. I went into the office and was told by Derek that he always answers the phone. I told him when I called and he claimed he got there 5 minutes after that. Another lady there for an appointment chimed in and said that she never gets anyone to answer either. She was also there for a virtual visit and was told to come into the office for it, but they told her that they werent expecting her today. Derek took my information and sent someone an email and assured he would call me later with an update, but he still has not called.Dr. Howard is a very nice and professional doctor. I like him a lot, but I think Im going to have to seek another office seeing as how I cant seem to get my medication.
I give Epiphany one star, I have a daughter that was a patient at 6900 Farmingdale Dr. Charlotte NC, 28212. My daughter was treated with such disrespect, one of the workers seem to have personal issues with my daughter and therefore would not put or send her medication to the pharmacy. How could someone working in the medical field just withhold one from getting their meds. Especially someone thats been on mental medication for over 20 years and on pain medication for the last 10 years. I could not imagine one having an asthma attack and I dont hand them their asthma pump. People need to know that a mental illness is a sickness and its not to be played with, and we wonder why they go off at times. 😡🤬I can’t recommend this place for nobody!
Very good experience so far. Ive been doing zoom once a week for about a month with my therapist at Epiphany. Never have to wait, she is always on time and very caring but also honest.
So far everything is going well I must say...I will have to see what is on the road ahead!!!
I only thank God for my EFS experience, it was 918 1 day at a time days, that I was introduced to the family oriented warm and inviting staff, that embraced and encouraged me to speak to myself holistically...that encouraged me towards becoming open-minded, enough to receive new informations, for the betterment of a new outlook and approach/perspective about this continuously amazing me life(s) journey.
It is a great place to work. Epiphany is a family unit who supports all clients as family.
