I did not appreciate how they told me I would be doing social media marketing, marketing in general, become a manger of sorts. Then reveal that I would be standing at a table in a supermarket store trying to cold sell products. Would not be open with base pay, or pay in general. Very unprofessional all the way around.They did not even want me to put in a 2 week notice at my current job and to just leave immediately and join them.I’m sure they’ll respond with something pretending things was not like this, but I promise they were and will be the same way for you. Be aware that their are very little growth and opportunities at a business that is *SUB* contracted by a Fortune 500 company to get sales. I was very annoyed that they finessed me into believing it was much more than a basic sales job as I described. We both would’ve saved much time if they did not do this. Be wary of the nonsense they will pump into your mind.

Outliers is an amazing place to work and definitely one of the most fun jobs I’ve ever had. They offer an opportunity with unlimited growth potential while being surrounded by people that have that same growth mindset and are actually really cool people!
