They held my item for a week. Never contacted me. I had to call them, only to find out I needed an appointment for delivery. I set up a delivery day, told them to call when they were on the way. Delivery day came, no phone call, said they tried to deliver in a tractor trailer, but it was too big for my location. Told me they would deliver the next day in a smaller truck, they never showed up. I called and I told them I would pick it up. Got to the XPO logistics company, only to find out that they lost my item. So no, I dont recommend this place.
No complaints here, Im very pleased on the whole process at XPO. Notification was made by phone of package delivery time, I asked if I could pick it up, rather it being delivered. My DuraMax 10.5 x10.5 shed was loaded in the back of my vehicle, by an employee using a forklift. I was in/out under 20 minutes! Good job XPO Logistics!!
For second time driver didnt show. Last week called and told they had too much product undelivered on the dock and would not be making any pickups. A driver showed up 15 minutes after placed that call. They obviously dont have a clue whats coming and going.This week pickup requested in advance. Driver didnt show so I called again... we dont have any drivers available, I would call another carrier Never heard of a company telling customers to go to another competitor. I only thought Central Transport was bad. Xpo used to be excellent but in the last few months have gotten belligerent and downright rude. Completely unconcerned and have no idea whats happening.
Schedule a delivery time, take off work to sit and wait for no reason. I call and get the oh yeah youre next stop nobody ever called or showed up. Well of course nobody will answer the phone now. What a joke of a company!!
Good luck is all I can say. They may show up they may not. Dont bother calling to inquire. They dont know either
Checked in, got my paperwork signed, parked my trailer, got an empty. And was off on my way in 10 minutes. Couldnt ask for better

The website still showed the item would be delivered that day, and we waited at home for it all day since someone had to be present for the delivery. We only found out by calling the next day that it was being rescheduled.The phone support staff were kind though, and the automated notifications from that point forward were good.

Fair warning....do not let XPO deliver or install your appliances. I ordered a new Samsung appliance package and XPO delivered it. After having numerous issues with the refrigerator, Samsung sent a company out to look at it. They pull the refrigerator out to get to the back panel to replace a part and this is what I see.......my $2,000 refrigerator has a massive dent in the back of it that the delivery drivers never disclosed. Which tells me that they caused it and figured that because the refrigerator is going to be recessed into the cabinets, I would never know it. So now Im going on a month with a brand new refrigerator that doesnt work and has a massive dent in it. I highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase a Samsung refrigerator and I would not ever allow XPOs sorry company back into my home.
I know every XPO is different, but this one is truly special... How do u work somewhere and dont know anything about your facility?!? I dont know maybe they were just ready to go home or just there

I have problem we book load with xpo load was $1200.00 is 58 days still did not get pay xpo is approving $1100.00 for load and rate conformation is for $1200.00 load#8147798 we try to contact xpo no luck i just do not get it why ????
STUPID RULES
Arrived at 640 pm for 8 pm drop. They requested i put trailer in door 38 at 10 pm. Checked numerous times about 2 am just went to sleep. Have another pick up at 8 an hour away. At least give a notification the trailer is empty. Super long process.
Worked with the boys over at xpo for about a year here great team and gorup of people really make you feel at home dispatcher Brian is a great guy and although there were a few mixups they always treated me well when i drove for them Thanks yall
I visited as an outside driver. They treated me very well. Operations were excellent and everything was done on time in the manner they discribed
XPO Logistics is the worst delivery company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Thats a turkey! 3 times in a row now, Ive ordered furniture from different retailers that ended up being contracted through them and theyve managed to bungle it up each time!The first delivery for IKEA never happened on our scheduled delivery date, as I took off work to be home for it, and then was told it was out of stock. The second time, for Ashley Furniture, XPO sent 2 disgusting excuses of a human being to deliver a couch into our home. They took the shorter route into the living room through the front instead of the wide open straight shot through the back and damaged our walls, wood floor, door frames, and managed to set the couch down on the power cord, which caused it to break the next day. The third time, our furniture order from IKEA had much of the order delivered, but was missing a box for a section of the sleeper sofa. We had to wait over 2 weeks for that part to be delivered. Today, we received an email that it was delivered after I stayed home from work, yet no delivery. We call to have them tell us that it was already delivered and signed for. After several hours of dealing with terrible Customer Service people and being on hold while they contact XPO for hours, getting disconnected, we randomly got a message on NextDoor from a woman that says she came home to find a box on her porch with our address. She had a similar street name in her address, but the delivery people didnt go to the correct street, so she was able to let us know she had it, and we had to drive to her house to pick it up and stuff it in our vehicle.XPO Logistics has proven again and again to be completely useless and incompetent. Going forward, any furniture I buy will be preceded with a question to determine who the delivery contractor will be first to avoid this poor excuse for a business.

Check in was easy. Allowed to drop off trailer. Unfortunately, bol was time stamped.
For an outside driver you could be waiting a while. Limited parking in a dirt parking lot. No need to wash your truck until after you leave.

Shipment arrived Monday in Lakeland Florida from NY, Unloaded at my location by a new warehouse person. Half the shipment was missing. When I called Tampa to inquire they said. Sorry, you signed for it complete. After investigating (over 3 days) I was told where it showed the pallet was broke down in Charlotte and I should call the Charlotte location. I am trying as Im typing this, it has been ringing for over 30 minutes.The Tampa location sent me pictures of 4 boxes of electronic components that is at their location, Not mine. Someone else in the Tampa area is missing part of their shipment!!!!!
