I highly recommend Harris Limo!! We were celebrating our wonderful friends birthday, and we had more fun in the party limo (Minibus) than at the places we were visiting. The Limo Minibus was very nice, modern, clean and seated 12 people easily! The lighting and music options were awesome, perfect for celebrating!! If you want to have a super fun night, you definitely need to book a Harris Limo, along with our fantastic and cool limo driver, James!! You wont be disappointed!! Definitely 5 Stars worthy!!

He was polite, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The limo itself was also very clean and well maintained. For the service & attention to detail, the price could not be beat. Great experience with Harris Limo. I have rented from them for several occasions the service is outstanding. They offer some of the best and largest limos in Charlotte. They have that boutique feel that a luxury limo company should have. The owner is extremely friendly and nice. Very charismatic. They call you right before your reservation. On top of limos, Harris Limo also offers Party Buses. Youve probably seen many of their party buses in uptown Charlotte. They are really nice and not old converted school buses. Really comfortable. As a long time user of Harris Limo I would advise anyone in Charlotte to rent from them!

We had an excellent experience with Harris Limo. We hired them to drive around a large group of people for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party. The bus arrived on time, was in great shape and the driver was very friendly. At the end of the night, the driver even offered to drive one of my friends back to his house which was pretty far from the original drop off point. We liked them so much that we hired them again 2 days later to transport the wedding party before and after the ceremony. Again, the bus was in great shape, arrived on time and the driver was great. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

We booked Harris Limo for our wedding and we are so glad that we did.Booking the Party Bus was the best! Not only able to have all of our friends and their spouses with us... Plus other friends, we had a blast just driving back to the hotel. The driver was awesome, everything was taken care of and they were punctual. THEY HAVE NEW OWNERSHIP! I just used this company a week ago and they were very professional. Alison kept up with me prior to my pick up date with prompt return calls answering any of my questions/concerns. The day of pick up the driver, Chris, was on time. He called, prior to pulling up, to let me know he had arrived. The bus was to our pleasing. Throughout entire night Chris kept up with me as far as departure and arrivals to and from our destinations. Excellent service and will definitely use again.

Dirty vehicle and air conditioner sounds like it is going to fall off. They might be the cheapest, but we should have looked closer at their reviews. Weeks later we are still waiting for some type of resolution and call back from the owner. The driver was not dressed professionally and was not very friendly. He did say that the owner was aware of the complaints and that he receives a complaint on most jobs! We will find someone else next time. Can not at all recommend.

Harris Limo is great! They took us to and from a concert at PNC and were super accomodating, punctual, and friendly. They were very easy to work with and flexible with any changes!!

Didnt show up at all. Made an appt for Sunday pickup for an international flight. Confirmed with person on phone that it was an early morning pick up and was on a Sunday. They said no problem and confirmed with a credit card.Didnt show. No one could be reached at the office outside of regular office hours. I had to call for a taxi. I was lucky to make my flight.

Called and confirmed a party bus for my boyfriends birthday. Left my card number with him and told him specifically NOT to charge it and that i would pay in cash. He charged my card 2 days after (charging me twice) and it took me over 2 weeks to get him to refund my money. I called him EVERY SINGLE day asking him politely to please refund my money (which he said he did) I was consistently lied to. Then finally my boyfriend called and had to threaten to take him to small claims court if he didnt refund me. Finally he placed it in the account.

Horrible experience with this company and its owner. Rented a party bus for new years. It was an hour late to pick us up and broke down afterward. We walked to the broken down bus to find the driver crying. The manager or owner had come, taken the money (cash) and left the driver there in the middle of the night. It was the drivers first night (and last prob) working. The owner would not pick up his phone until the police were called. He didnt give back the money until the police strongly encouraged him to do so. I dont know how this place has decent reviews. I suspect the company stuffed the ballot.

We rented a bus for my 40th birthday to the NC wineries. We were referred by another limo company because the one company we wanted was full on our date. Upon speaking with the owner Allan, it sounded like this company would be honest, good deal and had confidence this would be a good company to work with. When we walked onto the bus, it was nice and cool. Then about 15 minutes into the drive we were sweating. The AC did not work in the back of the bus.20 minutes away from our first stop, we smelled burning rubber and thankfully we had a friend who encouraged the driver to pull over because most likely the bus has a broken belt.My husband called the owner and he said he would see what “he could do.” The bus company didn’t have any other solution as we stood on the side of the road in the heat. The bus company didn’t have any other means of transportation either.The driver asked us to get back on the bus and we “would chance it” to our next stop. (I have picturzes to prove the broken down bus and all of us on the aide of the road if needed).We road the rest of the trip, without air and the bus company sent out a mechanic “who fixed the issue” but we sweated the rest of the trip. The owner gave us a “$100 discount” after my husband complained to the driver. We do not believe this was a sufficient discount. It was embarrassing for my husband and I for our friends to be in a bus without air and expensive. This was a HUGE disappointment and do NOT recommend this company. We understand mechanical issues can be unforeseen, but another vehicle should of been sent or a substantial refund.Update:10/17/2018I saw your reply back, we were NEVER offered a full refund. Service is your business and unfortunately you didn’t.

DISGUSTING AND CHEAP!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I was a passenger on one of their buses. I was in shock at how is this company still in business. radio didnt work right, the bus was old and smelled awful! The driver was nice but didnt have anything good to say about the owners or their equipment. I found out that they run another company Charlotte Party Bus to cover up their horrible reviews from this company name. When my friend called back in to complain the owner Don who goes by Alan to cover up his real name just tried to sweet talk her saying they were unaware of the issues and would fix them but according to the driver these problems have been around for months! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have learned that it doesnt pay to be honest with people because they really dont care and are not honest with you.I booked their 28 passenger party bus and reserved it for 24 passengers at the time. A week before the prom we ended up with 22. I decided to call them to let them know( even though I was still paying for the price of 28 passengers) Allison begins to suggest that I can switch to their 22 passenger party bus at a lower cost if I wanted to, I expressed that the kids wanted to keep their original choice. Well the day before PROM she says the original bus I ordered was having wiring issues and not to worry I still had the option of the 22 passenger party bus, which by the way only states 20 passengers on their website! She tells me that she will call me on the day of prom to give me updates. Owner of company calls to tell me ( what I already knew) my 28 passenger is not available and will send me the other party bus. THEY ARE NOT HONEST THEY SOLD MY LARGER PARTY BUS TO SOMEONE ELSE,,I might be assuming but thats how I feel! The Party bus was not a 22 passenger not comfortable sitting. HORRIBLE!And the looks of the party bus was UGLY!!!

This is a horrible limo company I had planned my event weeks before and they told me hours before that there was nothing they could do and that they would not be accommodating me .... I pray that the next person who uses this service doesnt become as disappointed as I was with this horrible service.
