Very Good Cleaners!!!!!.I go to this cleaners every week (on Saturdays) and find that the cleaning service to be fantastic! Actually the employees are honest people too. I left money in my pants pocket on one occasion and when I returned the following week to pick my clothes up, I was informed by the owner that $5.00 was left in my pocket and it was deducted from my bill.The customer service by the owner and the employee by the name of Jeannie is second to none!!!!!I highly recommend this place and will definitely continue to use them for my dry cleaning needs.L. Great service and quality cleaning. Been a customer for 3 plus years and have always had a good experience. I recommend this place to get your clothes dry cleaned. I came after closing but needed my clothes for a wedding and Ms.Jenny allowed me to get my clothes after hours. Very professional and nice about it and I highly recommend.

When I tell you the customer service is great. Mrs.Brenda and Mrs Jenny is the prime example of what it should be like. I love the way my clothes are done with the quickness and looks like new every wear.

The lady who assisted me did not have good customer service skills. I was trying to show her certain areas on each item that I needed her to mark so that they could pay close attention to them and she was rushing me and kept saying “we inspect it thoroughly.” I picked up my clothes today and their were many items that still had stains, I could’ve washed them myself and gotten the same results. I won’t be going back there.

I have used Clean Clothes Dry Cleaners now several times and intentionally waited before writing this review to make sure that their customer service was consistent. So far all of clothes (suit pants, jacket, dress shirts, etc.) have come back timely, clean and neat. I will definitely keep using them going forward, I have been very impressed with their customer service.

As a weekly business traveler, I have a lot of dry cleaning needs. This is the fourth and last place in North Charlotte Ill ever need to try as, I finally found the perfect cleaners. Great management, great service, and, cleaning services. Prices are right too- in line with the quality cleaning and services Ive consistently received for about a year now.

I have been using Clean Clothes Dry Cleaners for years now and they do impeccable work. I travel a lot and sometimes my clothes gets piled up. I don’t have a lot of time on my hands, so I drop off all the stuff and pick up the next day. Sometimes I need about $500 worth of dry cleaning done on the same day before traveling. They are able to have it cleaned and delivered the SAME DAY! This is the best dry cleaners ever!!! Thank You guys for all your hard and prompt work!
