I agree with Aaron Charlton! Very unhelpful, creating more charges when none is due. Poor service! They did not explain anything to us and started charging for google ppc! Google started putting a temporary number every day on our website so patients were writing down incorrect number. Practis did not have a clue about this even though they were charging us hefty amount for managing ppc!!! We opened another website with officite (for one tenth the cost) and got much superior service. While practis was willing to talk to us 1-2 hours a month, officite was offering unlimited telephone help

I had a pretty bad experience with Practis. We decided we would in-house our website, rather than pay $100 every time we needed a minor change. I felt that they treated me like I was incompetent as we did the domain transfer (I’m not), and I felt it was extremely uncivil and unprofessional to cc my boss and my boss’s boss every time they had an issue rather than dealing with me directly. I felt that they handled losing a client very poorly. It also seemed like they were constantly trying to invent drama to justify charging us more money. Ive got no problem with being charged for services rendered, but I dont appreciate the drama. It was like any little thing I did put them out. Glad to be done with them.
