Emily checks in every month with our team and addresses everything from our rankings to changing any content needed. You cannot go wrong with this company. I was skeptical in the beginning but after speaking with Patrick he reassured me to trust the process! Im so grateful we did! The payoff is huge! This company is AMAZING!

Services that were offered at sign up were not provided timely as promised. Each phone conversation indicated what was going to be happening in the future. While their services were pushed to the future, my monthly billing continued with no current actions, only talks of in the future. The provided website was not representative of my business at all. The provided website was misleading even to the point of dishonest. I rewrote the entire wording of the website to make it appropriate and honest. Olly was not concerned that I had to rewrite the content and just brushed it aside as not relevant. Meanwhile, nothing is moving forward as I was delaying it by the rewrite. My stated discontent was also deemed irrelevant with no offer of a refund. I received nothing for the money I spent trusting Olly Olly. I can only conclude this outfit is a scam. The costs for this company are 4 to 5 times higher than similar companies and the method of practice that I experienced was simply delay and bill. Highly recommend avoid falling for their scam.

I have been a client with Olly Olly for going on 3 years now. My account manager calls me and goes over what they are working on for new SEO tactics. Which has generated me an average of 30 calls a month (when previously having close to 0).Love learning that the team is working behind the scenes, is keeping updated on best practices and doing things I wouldnt know how to do. Not to mention the web design of my website is second to none. Thanks team!

I have no complaints with this company. Emily is great too work with, has met all my website needs and checks in with me periodically. Hired Olly Olly to build a website, I was told they build for our industry all the time. I paid $699 to get the website built and ready to launch. I sent them my competitors websites (about 10 of them) for a comparison of what we are looking to create. they produced a site that was not what we wanted. We then went with an industry specific web designer. We communicated with Olly Olly as to why we werent moving forward with them and asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund after stating they cant build our industry specific site. Olly Olly then sent me a refund confirmation email that we would be receiving the $699 we paid at sign up and then days later my credit card was hit with another $699 after we canceled the service and requested our refund. We worked with them for two weeks only. They created a cookie cutter substandard website for us that didnt meet our needs. They refunded our $699 but then robbed us of another $699 and when we tried to contact them and clarify what they did we get zero response back. Very bad business practice. We will never recommend this company. They robbed us.

Great customer service when you initially sign up. Will do anything and everything to get you there but don’t consider canceling ever. You pay for x, y, and a to be done and don’t see the return promised. You will no longer have what you had prior to signing and even paying for services. Absolute love waste of money!

I signed up two months ago, I paid my first months in advance. Over the next few weeks I did not hear from anyone. So I called I told them I wanted to cancel, and that I would like a refund due to the fact that I had been with them for several weeks and nothing had been done for me. At that time they told me that they had tried to call me once a couple weeks before, and asked if they could schedule an intake call. I told them no, and that I wanted a refund. I was told that they would “look into it”About a week ago I got a call from plum direct because they tried to process payment for the services that I wasn’t getting. I again explained that I had called to cancel the service Weeks before. the woman I spoke to said that she knew nothing about it.I asked the woman about getting a refund, and was told that I would have to submit a query via email.
