Been a client for almost 2 years now. As a male not many salons treat you the same as they would a female client...Salon XXIX Eleven is truly an experience, it feels like a resort for my hair! Never thought a place like this existed.

My experience in Salon XXIX Eleven was one like no other! From the professional consultation period on the status of my scalp to the scalp treatment to the gentle management of my overall hair—I was extremely satisfied with the overall outcome. Jasmin’s knowledge of trichology was evident in her delivery of educating me on the scalp and how the care of it contributes tremendously to hair growth. She should advertise more of this unique skill set as I believe she is great representation of what it looks like to educate and elevate outstanding hair care!

They literally canceled my appointment and then try to make me pay a first client fee for $125 and then won’t refund me my deposit. Worst service ever.

My salon experience was amazing from beginning to the end. Jaz took her time and educated me about my hair, what products she used and how to maintain the up-keep. She was very thorough. I found Jasmin on IG two years ago when I was visiting Charlotte and before I started my new job. She provided me the education on how to grow and maintain my natural hair. Due to the pandemic and other reasons, I haven’t made it back into the salon until the last weekend. New location but same exceptional service. From explaining what she was doing to also explaining what my hair needed going forward, it is the best experience of my life. She shows you before and after pics of when she trims your hair. The time scheduled is the time it will take. My hair is long and thick and I was done in 2.5 hours. Can’t wait to drive 2.5 hours again more frequently

Miss Jasmine shows the grace and patience of God when styling her clients! Not only do I go to her for my own personal styling needs. But, I also recently introduced a customer I serve with special needs to Salon XXIXs services. My customer is an older woman currently experiencing some thinning of her hair and patches where her hair wont grow to her liking. I was a little concerned of how my customer would do behaviorally in a salon atmosphere. I was so thankful that Jasmine was patient with us, calm, and offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. We essentially had the entire place to ourselves, where my customer could get comfortable and be herself without interrupting the experience for others. Lovely atmosphere in the salon. Jasmin stays with a smile and is friendly. Refreshments ready. She actually educates you on your hair and how to fix the issues. Makes me feel really comfortable everytime. When she shampoos and conditions your hair its like heaven. her fingers are giving your scalp an awesome massage!! Always a lovely experience!

New to the Charlotte area and ran across signs that directed me to Ms. Monay. I just needed my hair washed and got so much more. She was very knowledgeable about what shampoos and conditioners I should be using, opposed to just picking a household brand. She also scanned my scalp (which was interesting) with some apparatus that actually detailed if my scalp was dry, oily, or healthy. I must say I was thoroughly impressed and all I wanted, like I said earlier, was my hair washed. I definitely will be back.

Jasmin did an excellent job on my hair. She was extremely professional and refrained from being distracted by other things while doing my hair. I have always been turned off of beauty salons because I like to get in and out and some stylists dont like to respect your time. This was not Jasmin at all. I love the atmosphere of the shop and the location. I am looking forward to my next hairstyle.

Jasmin KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT!!!! Very professional and unique. Love the atmosphere, you can go to her salon and feel like you are at home. Peaceful and Safe, AWESOME!!! Jasmin is great ! She is the only one who touches my natural hair ! She knows how to cut your hair (which is difficult to find in charlotte), the atmosphere is relaxing and I never waited for her to finish a client. When I walk in, it’s time to start . 3rd time with her and I will return again
