Great atmosphere and coaches! It’s an encouraging environment to be in and the workouts push yourself beyond what you think your capable of. Been going for 6 months and love it!
I can not say enough good things about Iron Tribe Cotswold. The owner, coaches and members are all such amazing people. I set a goal to go 5 days a week, every week, for 6 months. I completed my goal, lost 20 lbs and made some great friends in the process. I love my Tribe!!!
Great workout, good community. When you want a good workout that pushes you, and you need accountability, this is the type of gym you go to.
I’ve been working out and lifting since high school and joined Iron Tribe about a month ago and have nothing but good things to say. Great workouts and the trainers are all top notch. Whether you’re 22 or 72, Evan, Erin, and Cam will show you exactly what to do, properly and safely. As opposed to a standard gym where everyone just has their headphones on and it’s really a solo experience, Iron Tribe has a totally different, inclusive team vibe. It’s amazing how much more you can do when everyone cheers you on. 5 out of 5 stars and if you’re on the fence about starting an exercise regimen or just bored at your current gym, definitely give them a try.
Great place to workout and the trainers are outstanding people.
Get fit while having fun with the best community of people!
Great place! Coaches are approachable, very skilled and encouraging. Coach Alex and Lilly has been a great help to achieve my goal. Facility is always clean and neat. You will also find great community of people who are welcoming and in variety of fitness level.
I am not new to CrossFit training and I like trying new gyms. The workout wasn’t explained very well and when I walked in, immediately didn’t feel a welcoming vibe. This Tribe seems to overlook your weaknesses and not helpful knowledge given on posture during session. The team was more focused on timing the workout rather than pushing and motivation to complete together.
I wasnt sure what to expect when I signed up for the Iron Tribe Spring Partner Program. Several of my friends are members and each of them raved about the workouts and the community at Iron Tribe. Suffice it to say, they were right. From the first workout, the coaches have been nothing but supportive. I really enjoy the format of the workouts. Each workout starts with a group warm-up, progresses to the coaches explaining the workout with tips for how to ensure proper and correct technique, and then proceeds with a 20-30 minute workout that is challenging, yet approachable. Additionally, for someone who has not worked out much recently, the coaches are always able to provide suggestions for different movements if I need to scale a portion of the workout. Ive also been genuinely impressed by the community at Iron Tribe. Everyone pushes each other to do their best without any of the macho mentality that Ive seen in other gyms. The best part about Iron Tribe is how the group workout format challenges me daily to be physically active and work on my well being. This has helped me to lose weight, gain strength, and generally feel better throughout the day. Iron Tribe is a great place to get in shape with great people. #ITFCLT
I started working out at Iron Tribe a few months before my wedding to gain more muscle tone. Prior to the tribe the most I was lifting were... 3 lb weights at barre classes. Every movement and amount of weight was new to me. Thankfully the coaches took extra time to explain, modify and encourage me to push myself. The coaches even gave me nutrition tips as that plays an important role in overall health. The community and culture at Iron Tribe is so uplifting and encouraging. Everyone is kindly pushing you to do your best. In 5 weeks I can definitely see improvement in muscle tone thanks to Iron Tribe.
I’ve always been “active” and fairly healthy but I’ve also always struggled with my weight and body issues. Once I hit 30 I knew I needed consistency, motivation and a community of people to support me. I found all of that and more in Iron Tribe! There are two quotes that I hear on a weekly basis at the tribe: “trust the process” and “you can’t out train a bad diet”. Both are so true and this year I finally bought in to the second one. After meeting with my coaches many times about my eating habits, coach E suggested the Whole 30. Since January I’ve dropped 12lbs and 6% body fat. More importantly, I’ve gained 2 pounds of muscle. Through a modified whole30 and encouragement from my tribe, I’ve found the foods that work for me and the ones that work against me. But in the end, it’s not all about the weight. I feel better and my workouts are stronger; to me, that’s what matters! The motivation I get on a daily basis from the coaches and this community of people is what makes the difference. Without them, giving up would be easy! I’m so thankful I found Iron Tribe!
In 2016 after coming up with a whole host of excuses as to why I liked my former exercise routine, I gave in and went to the 101 class at Iron Tribe. I remember walking in the door thinking “I’m in way over my head”. But from the start, the Tribe culture was self-evident and I was hooked. The functional workouts are intense and efficient. It’s a high challenge environment with a team concept that breeds accountability. Everyone is motivated to improve their health and fitness, inside and outside of the gym. The community is positive and real. The coaches and athletes are truly what set this gym apart. I am so thankful for my Iron Tribe family!
On just my fourth week at Iron Tribe, Ive already noticed a lot of changes taking place in my physical health. I have dropped weight, toned up a great deal and am already in better physical condition. The workouts are very challenging, and are causing me to have more energy during the day, sleeping better at night. Ive gotten noticeably stronger in a short amount of time, and my mental toughness is climbing. What helps the most is the environment, which is filled with positive coaches who care about you, keep you accountable, and also the encouraging team members who are very pro-you from day 1! Cant recommend this place enough!
As a runner, I was hesitant to try Iron Tribe for two reasons: 1) fear of injury and 2) looking too bulky (just being honest). But I was so wrong on both! The trainers are so helpful and gently correct my form to prevent injury. Also, the mix of exercises seems to create sleek and defined muscles. But most importantly, I just really enjoy it. I would say it has the feeling of training with a sports team- everyone pushes each other and encourages along the way. It is a great way to start each day.
Today starts week 5 of working out with Iron Tribe! I am amazed at the results I am seeing already! The Iron Tribe team is wonderful and extremely supportive. Not only am I getting a full body workout, but they provide nutrition support, weekly updates and communication, and daily motivation! This is more than a gym, it is a family who support each other to being healthy and in shape to tackle any obstacle! The friendships I have gained are just one of the many things I love about being here. You can’t beat the education, work out, and support that Iron Tribe provides!
After fighting to lose the baby weight after the birth of my second child, i joined iron tribe last August at the encouragement of my friend. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made: not only did I begin to lose those last few pounds from pregnancy, but I also gained back some confidence I had lost along the way. I am stronger than before I had children and have truly enjoyed the workouts and time at the gym. Not only are the movements and workouts challenging but they’re effective and quick - it’s an added bonus that I’ve met some incredible people there too. Very thankful for #itfclt !
Challenge. Community. Commitment. The workouts- the people- the mindset. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for this place, the coaching staff and the members- I feel great, have made lifelong friendships and consistently see lives changed from the inside out inside the walls of this gym. Seeing others come in, skeptical, with varying levels of fitness and grow in skill and confidence is such a gift.
I started Iron Tribe when my second daughter was 7 months old and I needed a boost to get myself back to where I was pre-baby! Iron Tribe was just the boost I needed! I am now two and a half years in and I am the strongest I have ever been. I am able to do things I could not or would not even attempt back in high school! I have always been competitive and grew up playing sports. I get that same feeling at Iron Tribe, setting personal goals and having a team to rally behind me and support me in reaching those goals. The schedule allows for a lot of options and even travel workouts when you cant make it into the gym. My daughters love to join me in these workouts! I now have the opportunity to join the spring challenge with my sister and it has been an amazing 5 weeks! I look forward to continuing this journey with her!
Well guys its been 4 weeks since Lillian Gordy drug me into this fitness challenge with Iron Tribe (#itfclt). Its been quite the challenge for me. Not so much getting up at 4:30 each morning, because the Marine Corps made me a morning person, but getting up and down off the gym floor. There are very few things that I do for myself any more but Ive come to realize that this is one of those things Ive needed to for a long time. Cant run around being a fat body for the rest of my life. Can I?The best part is the warm up, and cool down hug I get from Lillian each workout. The pain in between is even becoming fun also. The staff have been very accommodating and the classmates very supportive.I have one more week of this challenge and look forward to seeing the results.I look forward to doing this for a very long time to come. Thanks for all of the support.
Ive had an awesome opportunity to get back on track with focusing on my health and fitness. Ive really enjoyed challenging and pushing myself as well as having a great team of people to help motivate me. It feels good to be active again and Iron Tribe Fitness has been a huge part of that.
🏋️♀️Well, we’ve reached the end of the 5-week Spring Challenge at #itfclt and I feel so much stronger! Morning after morning, my confidence (and muscles!) grew. Many thanks to the coaches (Evan, Brannon, Mark, and Alex) for their patient explanations of all the workout techniques - and for pushing me to work harder. Most of all, a HUGE thank you to my friends who roped me into this Spring Challenge!!
The encouraging and supportive community at Iron Tribe is exactly what I needed to get back in shape after having my third baby in four years. The workouts are challenging but the coaches are always there to help you modify if needed, and to push you to be your best. #itfclt
Iron Tribe is Amazing. I came here with absolutely no experience and afraid of failure, but the Owners and the Coaches won’t let that happen and neither will the members. You are a Tribe when you are together. Everyone is willing to work with you, encourage, challenge and push you all at the same time. I love it!!! I’m glad I faced my fears.
The community here makes working out a wonderful experience. The coaches push you and encourage you to get better, stronger everyday. It is the best place I have ever had the opportunity to work out at.
From day 1 I felt part of the tribe, from the coaches to the ones sweating next to me. The workouts are challenging and everybody encourages and pushes you to succeed. The coaching has been top notch, and I have met some pretty awesome people. Not to mention I am getting stronger, increasing my cardio, and losing fat while adding lean muscle. Thanks #ITFCLT
After becoming a parent, I took a decade off of really taking care of myself physically. But in the past four weeks, thanks to #ITFCLT #partnerchallenge I feel the best that I have felt in a really long time--I feel stronger, have more energy and am taking better care of myself. The coaches and the community of members at Iron Tribe provide constant support, instruction and encouragement. It is a great place to find your inner strength, push yourself to grow and become the best, strongest YOU! Thank you Iron Tribe Fitness!!
I walked into my first day at iron tribe (ITF) almost three years ago somewhat nervous and skeptical. I wasn’t big into the whole “community” vibe that comes with group workout classes, but that quickly changed after the warm welcome I received. Now I feel like a part of my day is missing when I skip a workout. It takes a special group of people to make you want to wake up and go work out at the crack of down when it’s 10 degrees outside. I’m thankful for the community at ITF and all of the support they give me day in and day out!
My ITF journey started nearly 3 years ago. I wanted to try something new because I was out of shape and unable to self-motivate at The Y. As soon as I started ITF I was humbled... Not only by the folks who were in better shape than me but the community of support and great coaches that were willing to help me reach my goals. Today, I wake up every morning excited to get after it with my gym family.
Theres nowhere better in town to challenge yourself in a supportive environment of peers and coaches who really want to see you succeed. I joined at the start of 2018, going from a sedentary lifestyle to working out 4-5x/week and I credit it all to Iron Tribe.
I joined ITF almost 5 years ago and could not even squat. I left the first workout and could hardly walk for 3 days. I kept coming back because of the continuous motivation from coaches and other members. Getting into decent shape has turned into something I cant live without. ITF is filled with great coaches and members which creates a great community. #ITFCLT
I used to dread going to the gym until I joined Iron Tribe. The community and support from everybody at Tribe makes me want to be there everyday. The workouts are different daily, and Im always up for the challenge.
Early April I saw a picture of me posted on Facebook and realized I had hit rock bottom. There was not much I liked about the person in the photo. Fortunately, my sister does not take no for an answer and shortly after I started a partner competition at Iron Tribe to kick myself into shape. It hurt, everything hurt! My thighs, shoulders, even fingers! But day by day I got stronger, had more endurance, became more confident, made good decisions and untimely looked forward to the workouts (even at 6am).What I expected was to be intimidated, weak and embarrassed in front of others at the gym. What I found was a collective community out to accomplish individual goals, but supporting and encouraging each other along the way. There is no judgement on how heavy your weights are, or how fast you finish, or how many double unders you can do. There is only encouragement to be a better you.So today, at the end of week five, I am a better stronger me in so many ways. My kids saw me committed to be a being a healthier mom and were my cheerleaders, my husband pulled double duty so I could be there early AM and after work, my sister held me accountable and was my partner pushing me to keep going, my work partners met me in countless hotel gyms on the road to do the workout of the day and the coaches (Evan, Alex, Justin, Mark, Brannon) made me feel welcome, made me stronger and motivated me to keep going. It’s not just the workout, it is the community, the coaches and the competition. Every high five, “you can do this”, “get it Corinne” and “keep going” kept me motivated and kept me accountable to finish. It’s now week 5 and I feel better in so many ways – not just the weight, but I am stronger inside and out and committed to keep going. Iron Tribe made a difference and I can’t imagine stopping now. I have so much more to accomplish to make me a better Corinne and I know the coaches and Tribe will be there with me along the way! Life gets busy and I can make every excuse not to show up Now, I want to show up and realize that I can!
Well Iron Tribe, where do I begin? Well first let me say Im glad I had a friend recommend you guys. A year and half ago as my body was spiraling out of control, I had picked up a friend to go to a Panthers game. As we were passing Iron Tribe he pointed it out to me and stated, it was his gym. After listening to me complain about my body and the unwanted weight I had gained he said go in and talk to Evan. That next day I stopped in and walked out having made truly one of the best decisions of my life.We have had a lot of new faces in the gym as of late. The one thing most of those faces all have in common is a look of fear on them. Like, am I really getting ready to try this. I recognize that look because I was once there too. That look doesnt last long though. You start seeing those same faces as that look of fear has changed to one of determination, boldness, gratification, or accomplishment. The coaches help pinpoint weaknesses and help find a way to overcome them. They are extremely encouraging and knowledgeable in their craft. The people at Iron Tribe are unbelievable. The since of comraderie that you develop and the bonds of friendship that are made make it unmatchable. In every class you attend there will always be somebody better than you that you can strive to be as strong as or as fast as. Likewise there is also always going to be somebody that you can help pull along. If you are looking for a new gym or simply needing to get started. Dont hesitate to give Iron Tribe a try. It could be life changing, it has been for me. #itfclt #itfcotswold #teamwaugh
Check them out, nice facilities.
