Jason responded to my request quickly and was able to repair my window within 30 minutes of arriving. He was masked up, took his shoes off, very courteous, professional, and quickly did the work. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about PD Windows! My wife and I had the misfortune of getting locked out of our home at 1:30am after a late flight from vacation. We had to bust out our back door window just to gain access into our home. Obviously, no locksmiths were available at that hour! I called Jason first thing the next morning and he came out that day to do measurements. The next day he acquired the materials and it was installed perfectly by the end of the day! While I was impressed by their expertise, PD Windows failed to provide me with a quote - after promising and then re-committing to timing. Now they are unresponsive. A basic professional courtesy would have been to tell me that they could not quote/do the work so I could move on to other providers.

Jason is a dream come true. We have never had a window issue in the past so when we were mowing grass and a rock kicked up and broke one of our windows on the front of the house, we honestly didn’t know what to do.
