Terrible customer service! You call and they are not helpful, nor want to!I told them I was new to Charlotte, NC and had been calling around for service and whoever was helping me had no interest nor tried. Is this how you service the public???? I do not understand why its so hard to provide customer service!
After having K&S Sanitation in my community for over a year now, I have been nothing but pleased with the service and response rate. When I lost a recycling bin, they replaced in on my next service date. They are always on time and pick up all trash. Highly recommended.

I represent a community of 52 townhomes in Southeast Charlotte. This is our first year with K &S sanitation and we could not be more pleased. They do not leave any litter behind, take an assortment of items our previous provider would not take, and each week send the same two gentlemen who are courteous and professional. They take great care in navigating our narrow streets and avoiding all curbing.
K&S works within my condo community and they are excellent. They take odd and special items as long as they are next to the rubbish bin to make clear it is to be removed. They changed their procedure for collection and no longer do I hear backup alarms in the morning. Friendly servicemen. Clean and prompt.

This company came to pick up our trash and left behind a disgusting mess all over our trash can (inside and out). Theres what looks and smells like dried spaghetti (which definitely didnt come from our trash can) all over the side and inside the lid of the trash can. I called to ask them to replace the trash can for us and they refused to take any responsibility and said there was no way it came from their truck. Whether it did or not, we pay monthly to essentially rent these trash cans. How difficult would it be just to exchange the trash can with a different one? For a small local company, youd think theyd care more about customer service. I guess its easier to just take the monthly payment and do the bare minimum.
Never had any problems with them. They will also pick up oversized items as well.
Called to inform the company they had missed my trash can and got excuses why it wasn’t picked up. According to my surveillance cameras it was an oversight on the drivers part. The representative I spoke to was very rude and blamed it on me. I will be calling my community management company.
They said they were coming on Thursday to exchange out my trash can and here it is Friday and no one isn’t answering their phone. I called them yesterday multiple time as well no answer. I am very disappointed because I have a HMO that doesn’t allow our trash can outside more than one day. Somebody needs to fix this please.
