We are on our second time using them and the first time was great. We shipped from Georgia to Guatemala and everything was fine. They are a good company and very reliable. I am very happy with their service. We shipped boxes and they should arrive there soon. Nothing was stolen and no boxes were opened. Very happy with this company.

Boxes where sent November 2020 to help people from honduras they lost one box and another one was given to the same person when it was for another 6 boxes in total and only 4 made it very bad customer service dont use this company its February 8th 2021 and they are not answering my calls to seddle everything dont trust them at all

Ive been waiting for my box to arrive in El Salvador for more than 6 months and nothing! I have been calling you every two weeks for exactly 3 months and always the same as the Covid than the customs and I already called the customs of El Salvador and everything is working normally and I am still waiting. My next step is to go personally and someone will have to answer me. It is an outrage for more than 6 months and that it still does not arrive when its promises are 7 to 8 weeks. A total deception their service.

Tlaxcala, Mexico. 04/05/2020. They sent me 1 box from Tennessee and it takes 2 months to arrive. They lack more information about the delivery time since if you ask them they just tell you that it is in customs and that they dont know anything.The only good thing is that nothing was removed from the box, it arrived complete.They send it to you by the parcel post.

I paid for home deliveries and the recipient had to pick them up at the Estafeta warehouse in Puebla, the first time they sent a big box and they said it was very heavy and now they send a 16 x 16 and they left with no coverage. Disappointed, frustrated and stolen, the first and only time I use this mediocre alleged messaging company.I sent a box to Colombia, for two weeks the only thing that appeared on the website was that the guide had been created by your express box we asked ServiEntrega in Colombia if it was possible to track the order (since according to your express box it was the company in charge of delivering in Colombia) and they replied that they had no idea who they were and that the guide number did not exist (every package or shipment subjected to a customs process for Colombia has a unique number that can be tracked by any SIA In colombia).After two weeks I contacted the agency in Charlotte NC and they had no idea what had happened to my box. They asked me again for all the information that they supposedly already had in the system (including a non-computerized manual system, they should know it beforehand when I gave them the supposed invoice guide number that they had generated when paying them); Please give us 20 minutes to find out what happened to your box and we will call you back (does this answer sound familiar?); a week later I called again (since the 20 minutes were up and I had not received any calls) the Miss who answered said in a few words: I am very sorry that I cannot help you, but the person in charge is not at the moment. We are already in April 2017, that is 6 months later and my box has not been delivered in CR. .. I call and call constantly and they just tell me, that the box is in Customs.
