Ordered a large television from Samsung and it has not been delivered which was promised two days ago and I took off work. They hadn’t even put it on the truck to be delivered as promised. Contacted AGS the company contracted with them and the manager keeps stating the delivery driver will not answer the phone after several tries of calling. Very unprofessional and I wouldnt be surprised if my television ends up stolen At this point.

Missed 2 appointments 6 days late on delivery, they forgot to put it in the truck. How do you miss a huge TV, I have been waiting around for it and they dont even call to tell you they forgot. they called me in the morning to tell me its on the way, I called after it was supposed to be delivered and they told me it was on its way, then when it was an hour late they decide when i call to tell me they forgot to put it on the truck.

They dont deliver when scheduled and dont communicate. Samsung should work with a better delivery company.

Great on the front end with delivering our product. Great communication, friendly, etc. However, we had to return the product due to packing damage, and they called promptly and scheduled pick up. However, on the pick up date and they did not come. I had to call about it.

Horrible customer service, they dont deliver when scheduled, shame on Samsung for contracting them.
