I was seeing a counselor at Pfeiffer for several months. In that time I had to stop seeing my first counselor because he could no longer see me on a specific day. The second one forgot about one of our appointments and I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes before the receptionist bothered to come out and tell me anything. She then just said my counselor could not make it that day. I saw the counselor one last time and then she graduated. Lastly I was sent to yet another counselor that also forgot we had an appointment. At least this time the receptionist came out to the lobby to apologize to me . I never received an apology from the counselor and when I called back to reschedule and leave a message I never received any response. I wont be going back.

Yeah I’m not sure what kind of advice my wife is getting from her counselor there. We went from talking to each other everyday to her getting out of her Thursday afternoon appointment and not talking to me for 3 weeks. This is unhealthy I was always told to talk out my problems.
