Ive had a wonderful experience here. I saw one therapist for individual therapy and another for couples therapy. Both of them were professional and attentive to my needs and my partners needs. As a lesbian couple, we found it hard to find a good therapist, but we found one at Kaleidoscope.

I am so thankful to have stumbled on Kaleidoscope Counseling! Ive been seeing Janelle Fleck for the past 6 months and she has provided such great insight for me. I highly recommend her and this practice!

The Worst Ever!!!! Kassandra Wells is a counselor here and brings the establishment down. her lack of professionalism and ethical delays are a major issue. Would rather try to collect a buck instead of actually being helpful and when collecting ends she wants to make your life worse. Confidential ? lol where at.

My appt last week. I parked way down 8th street in the heat and got a call as I was walking to the building saying my therapist had an emergency session and couldnt see me at 11 the time of my appt and I would have to wait 30 min. So I said ok, even though that was gonna set my day back. So the receptionist, who is always upbeat and nice said maybe at 11:45 shell be done. So I continued to wait. She said she should be done soon. I thought my therapist would stick her head out the door and say Ill be with you shortly. I waited over an hour and I left. She never emailed me, called, or text me saying she was sorry she couldnt see me that day. So, she had already said something about my husband at an earlier session that rubbed me the wrong way, so I told them I was looking for another place to go to unless I could see the lady who owns the place. They agreed to let me see her. She stood there as I was fixing my coffee, didnt say hello or introduce herself to me. Was waiting like youre wasting my time. I finished fixing my coffee, grabbed my purse off the chair and followed her and she told me to sit down on the couch and apparently my other therapist didnt give her my paperwork or anything and she thought I was there for my intake session after Id been coming for over a month. She was frowning at me the whole time and asked why I was there and what I wanted. After the session was over she said shed give me her card but dont call her or email her because shes always booked and told me to call the receptionist. As I was paying the receptionist, the therapist threw her card on the counter and said see you next week. I dont think so. I always knew counseling/therapy was a waste of time and I just proves myself right.

Nedra is a great colleague who is authentic and professional. She cares about her peers and clients!
