Franks company was in charge of recommending appropriate flooring options for a condominium on Kiawah Island, as requested by the Regime. Franks recommendation was to remove a glue down engineered hardwood floor (because it isnt a permeable surface) and replace it with a permeable bamboo engineered floor over 3/4 subfloor with ZERO UNDERLAYMENT. His recommendation goes directly against the manufacturer warranty and against South Carolina building codes and practices. Frank reiterated that no underlayment is to ever be used on a floor, because it must be permeable. His lack of understanding building ethics and codes has cost us thousands of dollars and valuable time wasted.

Frank and the other engineers are very good, very thorough, very professional. If something is wrong with your building and your attorney says you need an expert witness... call these guys!
