I was really surprised at how quickly new assignments were given to me, and I was excited to work continuously without long breaks in between. I love how TRC tries to match assignments with your interests, availability, and personality. They did very well with offering me positions that I liked and that fit my schedule as a full-time college student.Ive been working with Brooke for the past 3 months. She always tries her best to communicate with me about any updates on assignments and potential permanent hiring. I love how shes quick to respond to emails and texts, and is always open to answering any questions I have. I had high hopes for this agency. I hear that they can help you find a job relatively quickly. I got in contact with the staff and got sent emails in job opportunities, but after that I got nothing. I stopped hearing from them and I check my emails every day, and there is no response. I am very disappointed.

Received a phone call from Allie Petty (Charlotte location) in regards to a job offer, and she was extremely unprofessional. She was not attentive to my responses which resulted in her asking the same question numerous times, and when I informed her I left my last position (due to a family member being ill) her response was “Awesome”. This further let me know she was not paying attention to anything that was being said. People in these positions should be way more attentive and professional, and actually be helpful towards applicants.Even when I was trying to confirm my email address to do the assessment she over-talked and disregarded anything being said. The whole experience just came across very unprofessional.I hope the other employees do not approach people who are looking for work this way. Times are hard and people are in need of these type of staffing agencies to assist, not treat people as if they are bothering them.Maybe she was having a bad day, but I hope this review helps her to be more conscious of providing customer service to the general public.

I came to TRC right after I graduated college and could not have gone to a better place.
