Applied for a data entry position, with JP Morgan, and passed the assessment. I went in for my finger printing and background check and was told that it can 7-10 days for the results. One week or so later I received an email from an unknown person asking me to complete my onboarding information. I emailed this person several times and she refused to respond. My on boarding was completed the day I got finger printed so I didn’t understand what I needed to do it again. I just needed clarification from this person whom I’ve never spoken with before. I called and left a few messages and emailed the recruiter. No one has called me back. I’m very disappointed with this company because there’s a pandemic and massive unemployment going on right now. You shouldn’t treat prospective candidates like this. I wonder if JP Morgan reads these reviews. Someone should look into how things are being handled at this office.

Manpower worse company ever unprofessional staff, I went through process of putting in the application, I got the orientation and never heard back from Manpower. If you call them they will not answer the phone this is the Manpower on Tyvola rd. charlotte NC. This company need to be educated on how to answer the phone and not waste people time.

My experience with man power wasnt a good one and a complete waste of time. I was called back for a data entry position, I passed my assessment and when I arrive to the job for training they put me in a position that I didnt sign up for. I questioned a recruiter about the error and the first time they said they would get back to me and never did. I went in for training a second day and asked again, this time they said someone would contact me about when I can come in for the data entry training, and of course didnt hear anything back from them. I have never experienced this level of incompetence and unprofessional behavior in all my years of working. If I wasnt what they were looking for in a candidate thats fine but atleast have the consideration to let me know. I turned down other positions for this one.

Great place to work for and the pay is good as well.

At first they were enthusiastic in getting me to interviews but once i interviewed and called in to check in with them they would just ignore my calls or flat out pick up and then hang up. I hope they see this review so they can at least be professional in handling things like this.

No job security. Hours arent guaranteed daily.They are J P Morgan client, seasonal and temporary day to day work. Wouldnt advise employment unless you just want a second job . its literally temp day to day.

Manpower is awful. They NEVER answer the phone or email you back. If you have any questions you have to go up to the office. I was on an assignment for one day. I emailed Nakeia and she never emailed me back. Come to find out from one of my co workers that they ended the assignment. I didn’t receive any notification that it ended smh. How can you have people work for not even a full day (they let us go right after lunch) and never notify them that the assignment ended? So UNPROFESSIONAL. I do NOT recommend.

I walked in when i lost my job Cedrick helped me make a profile and Pamela the manager stated that they didnt have any work at the time she was great with communication Pamela then called me back saying she wanted interview for a position with manpower & i took the offer.

It was great. Everyone was very professional.

MANPOWER WILL NOT PAY YOU ON TIME & I WARN OTHERS TO NEVER WORK AT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE. Their office associates are incompetent & act like theyre doing you a favor by taking the time to speak with you and answer your questions. I asked an employee if they had my direct deposit info on file & he told me to check myself using some online portal I have no knowledge of. Umm no sir, not while youre sitting infront of your computer having a casual conversation with another employee. How about you stop being lazy & help me.I was supposed to get paid recently only to find out, they didnt deposit my funds to my account. When I told the woman in their corporate customer service department that I was relying on that $ to pay an important bill, she actually had the AUDACITY to suggest I borrow money from a friend to pay my bill. What a pathetic joke of a company. And I STILL havent got paid.
