Representative/Recruiter SIDNEY (not sure of her spelling) is very unprofessional. And, that is an understatement. She cusses, speaks loudly and aggressively towards others to where her coworker has to apologize for her unacceptable behavior. Any business hiring this company beware especially if they send SIDNEY to come on your business property, remember she is the face of your business and will reflect badly on your company.

She provided me with the necessary paperwork I needed to fill out & then paired me with recruiter Sydni.Sydni was very pleasant as well. She throughly interviewed me & immediately put me on an assignment. Initially she also set me up with an interview where the company felt I was over qualified for the position.She told me to remain patient & I appreciate her for settling me down.Even though the assignment she placed me on was short lived b/c my former employer called me back to work, I really appreciate both these women for their professionalism. This place is straight trash. The management is trash, the company as a whole is just trash! This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered with a company in my 29 years of life. Brandon is very unprofessional, the trainer Tika is ghetto like where did y’all find these people! I was told to leave on Thursday April 4th due to me having on eyelashes and nails and to return on Monday April 8th, I told them I would take my lashes and nails off because I was actually ready to work but instead they sent me home assuring me that I would be fine and still have a job. About 45 min after I left, Brandon called me over the phone advising me not to return on Monday. I asked him why and he said because of my nails and lashes. Now being that I never made it to the production floor I was going to make sure I didn’t have on neither one (lashes or nails) but instead I was told to leave just to receive a call right after and was told not to come back. Very unprofessional. Brandon never communicated with me the way he was suppose to the day after my interview( like he said he would) so I was still really unaware of what the policy was. So they pretty much fired me for nothing and after having me wait a whole week just to start work. I do feel like this was a case of discrimination and they’re letting their positions go over their head. I’ve never in my life dealt with a company this shady and unprofessional. The trainer came into work high, Brandon literally undressed me with his eyes the day I met him and from that point on it was just not a good experience. I’ve gotten fired from jobs in the past and I’ve never went this far with complaints but this one just did something to my soul. They don’t treat people right or equally at all. Brandon also refused me to speak with his boss as if he was the boss but as I know there is always someone above you, but instead I was told I couldn’t speak with anyone else because they don’t like being bothered! As a so called manager or conducting some type of business or trying to keep a image for your company, that’s not something you tell someone who is asking for somebody over you,Period!! Like they are just ghetto and making a bad name for this company,somebody needs to do something about this as soon as possible.

Ashley Casey is one of the most rudest, unprofessional woman to ever talk to.Talks to you as if youre beneath her, on the positive note Gatlin and the front receptionist are completely nice with great personalities.Ashley should be fired, her attitude did it for me.

Let me tell you. I was going through some tough times and needed employment. Ashely came in my job one day passing out decision path hiring flyers. I informed ashley of my previous work history and what i was looking for. She told me to fill out the application and she gave me her bussiness card. I filled it out called on a thursday. Ashley told me to come in for my interview on friday. I went for my interview drug test ect. On friday. She emailed me and told me i start the position Monday. Provided me with the company name, address, my schedule and everything. I came to work monday she called to make sure im ok. Checked on me acouple of times throughout the week. THIS IS THE BEST TEMP AGENCY I HAVE EVER USED. I WILL BE REFERRING OTHERS AS WELL. DECISION PATH MADE A GREAT CHOICE HAVING ASHLEY AS APART OF THE TEAM. ASHLEY IF YOU EVER READ THIS JUST KNOW I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH.

Wasted two weeks of my time made me drive to charlotte from rock hill multiple times and couldnt even return my phone calls. Said I failed the background but I dont have any felonies or recent crimes. Did not return voice mails or anything. Finally had to email to get a answer. I told them i had a charge that was dismissed but still shows up and had all paperwork for it and woukd have to be the only thing. Apparently my time wasnt as important as theirs. A simple phone call with yes or no would have sufficed. Ashley is one of the most unprofessional people ive met. Told another guy they only go back 5 years so dont write his felonies but me with felonies no go. She cussed throughtout the process and was just thrown together armpit hair hanging out stinking. If you want your time wasted for and to spend 5 hours doing paperwork and tours for her to say we have been playing phone tag. No maam Im ready to work she never called.

This is the worst unprofessional company EVER. i was contacted on friday interview was on Wednesday, i was askes MULTIPLE questions during phone interview. I arrived to this place had to everything over on computer. The receptionist ) very helpful and nice. I sat with Ashley who says to me was you able to do complete application, my reply Yes. She goes to say when i asked other people that question they dont want to proceed with interview. However the same questions that was asked on friday was asked again Wednesday. I dealt with alot of temp agencies and they normally speak to potential employee and document and add to application. I think she does the most with her snobby attitude. I wouldnt recommend this company but if you want your time and gas wasted THIS JOB IS FOR YOU. I dont get paid to answer the same questions that was already asked before interview.
