The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is that they send emails every single day and there seems to be no way to reduce the number--its all or nothing--so I stay on the list so I dont miss out on any discounts Im looking for. I would put 0 stars if I could, because even 1 star is too high of a rating.I ordered 3 of the 400mg CBD body creams as gifts for Christmas in November. When the order arrived, there was only one in there. After 4 voicemails and countless emails over the past month, I have not gotten a reply at all, despite them charging my card. No order updates, no call back, no email back... nothing. At $60 each, they certainly aren’t cheap...At this point, I will be contacting my bank and notifying them that the order was not fulfilled and the charge was fraudulent. I advise that you do not do business with this company. The customer service is absolutely non-existent.

I recently ordered a a product as a new customer from DirectCBDs website as they do have some of the best prices for a wide range of brands on the market. Ordering was easy enough and they have a great rewards program. The package itself came quickly. If the order was correct this review would be 5 stars across the board.However, when I received the product, as a new customer I am feeling pretty duped as a lower price and lower content product arrived in its placed.I had ordered High Potency CBD Tincture Oil 60ml at 3000mg. What they sent me was Lazarus Naturals Standard Potency CBD Tincture Oil 120ml at 1800mg. This was a product that cost about 66% of the product I had ordered and only 60% of the CBD content.Not a good impression on a first time customer looking for a reliable and consistent business to deliver CBD under a recommendation by a neurologist to add to his treatment.I will update this if I am contacted by and the issue is resolved the business. If not one can assume I had to initiate a charge back through my financial institution for resolution.As of now, I would stay away from this retailer.Update: 5/6/2020Direct CBD replaced my product with the correct one after a week of receiving the incorrect product. It took several messages and threatening to do a charge back with customer support to actually get them to ship the product after being promised multiple times that the item will ship the next day.Still would say this is a risky vendor with logistics issues and a customer service that is very cold and unprofessional.

Horrible experience and have never ordered through this company before. Order was completely wrong and spent over $100 and ordered Cbd cherries and was sent two bottles of oil. I emailed they said would make it right. After asking for new tracking and they only said don’t worry you will get your order, after I asked if it would be easier to just refund my order. Order shows up today and was only one of two I ordered. I am very understanding and know these times are tough but this was screwed up not once but twice and also said was sending free hemp sanitizer that never showed either. Ordered a few times smaller bottles with no problems decided to go for the large bottle to get the value for the price when it arrived it was not the flavor that I ordered I emailed the company and they offered to send a replacement in the correct flavor however since they mail glass bottles in flimsy envelopes lined with bubble wrap something fell on it in transit and shattered the bottle when I emailed the company with pictures of the shattered bottle they did not reply I again emailed them they asked what happened in transit I emailed the pictures a second time and have yet to receive a reply after multiple times of emailing them and attempting to call the number that I googled I should have read reviews on the company first because another customer reported an issue and the company never responded to them either until they put a negative review on Google and then they responded to the Google review the last time I emailed them was two days ago and let them know if I did not receive a response within 24 hours I would be adding a negative review since I still did not receive the product that I ordered because of improper packaging that led to the shattering of the replacement bottle and when I questioned them if I spent another $200 to order another bottle and it shattered on the way what would happen to which I never got a response.

If youre thinking of buying from overseas at this place, then dont. They do not assist at all. It may be a bit more expensive but do with DrGanja, save yourself a headache in the long run
