Curteous and polite staff. Can park out on street only. Bathroom available. You have to wait till door becomes available ( if noone cuts infront of you) adding to your wait time already. Expect 2 to 4hrs loading time. I average 2hrs wait for door then 2 to 4hrs to load. Not a recommended shipper. You will lose driving hours. Very uncoordinated in shipping. Stay healthy
