My credit score was less than 400 across the board. I went to Davis Future Planning and put it all on the table. Davis future planning did absolutely nothing for me. I basically did everything myself. The only thing they did for me was taking my money. I dont recommend Davis Planning to anyone. Keep your money and do it yourself. By the way I was able to purchase a 200,000,00 home without their assistance. Stay away from Davis future planning.

GREAT AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE. They answered all my question I needed to know before I became a customer. Davis Future Planning jump on my credit file the next day and within a week I saw my credit go from 560 to a 700 on one credit report. I been with them almost a month now and one of my other credit reports jump 99 points and the other 70 to give me a credit score of 651 and 600. Paranda and her crew are very expiring and helpful. I started out with them in February 2019 with the intention to close in April/May 2019 but had water damage during pre-construction and some hurdles to tackle in order to seal the deal. After finding the water leak, I decided to cancel the contract and remove myself from the deal. They builder was very understanding and released all my funds.I then went shopping around for other homes of interest (to build or pre-existing). Found a neighborhood that started me on even looking to sell my current home and stepped out on faith to build another. I started the process.Let’s jump back a little and talk about my credit. I was no where near the score to be approved for a conventional loan but with improvements during building stage and me OK with a higher than normal interest rate then I would be pre-qualified. PD said, I will get you there; I prayed and signed on the dotted line. Her crew was so smart about handling things on your credit to improve your score and overall rating that when the lenders did a Re-pull they were shocked that my score elevated to a conventional loan approval score and lower interest rate. However, you do have to be patient, diligent, and focused. You also have to know what you want and if you are going to do what it takes to achieve your goal.This was my second home and I asked God and spoke it into existence. Think it, Speak it, Faith it!! I am a 2nd time homeowner on January 28, 2020. I don’t even know where to start! I’ve struggled with my credit for years really much of my adult life. Paranda and her team begin working on my credit December of 2018, I’ve had everything from deletions to credit score increases. I’ve been trying to get a hold on my finances as with being a single parent...Paranda’s team literally jumped on working on my report immediately before my first payment was even drafted now that’s dedication. I just received an approval for a loan with my credit union...I’ve never been approved for anything with any financial institution I’ve banked with. After going through a divorce, my credit was HORRIBLE! After trying many companies, a friend introduced me to DFP.. Paranda and her team immediately started working on my credit November 2018 while I was dealing with 450 score. After 90 days Paranda and her staff removed over 100 inquires, 60K in student loans, 4 repos, along with an entire host of derogatory items!
