30 minutes, Weve never utilized this company before. The situation was, a compressor loaded incorrectly that needed to be offloaded. We had no way of doing this ourselves. One phone call to Bob at Maxim Crane and 30 minutes later we had a crane and operator on site removing the compressor. Unbelievable customer service, we were blown away by their response time.
