Weve used ITLogix at Salsaritas corporate office in Charlotte for at least 4 years (if not longer) could not be more satisfied with the level of service and knowledge. All requests are handled within 24 hours (usually within one hour most times). And the team does not hesitate to visit us in person if needed.
