I was in search of a new “car wash spot” and came across this location via Google. The building is old and dated. I had to ask the two guys to properly vacuum my front and back floors of my car😕😕😕. This place definitely is a slight step up from Autobell but honestly, I have to ask certain Autobell locations to vacuum the front and back floors properly as well. Why is vacuuming properly under the car seats such a ”missed” area in certain car wash places?😕😕.A few things which I liked and appreciated are as followed: the body of my car was sparkling clean 🧽, they left with no scratches, missing items in car or nothing broken from my Camaro 2SS, the two guys in the front of the building did a great job wiping down the dash board, cup holder and the entire body of the car and finally the price of $21.45 for the “Everything” car wash service which included the car wash, vacuum, tire shine and wiping the inside of the car 🚙.My search will definitely continue but if you want to get a step up from Autobell, definitely give them a try.Picture attached of front of buildingUpdate: May 18, 2020. New Set Of Workers, Poor Workmanship. This is lame. Due to the pandemic, I went to this car wash today and upon arrival, there was a young guy who decided to literally spray water in my door jam of my 2017 Camaro SS smart car. My LED door jam lights are right there. 🙁🙁🙁I politely told him to please stop 🛑 doing that. Than, I had to ask him for a rag to immediately wipe up the water before it seeps or rest anywhere upon the LED lights😕😕😕. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS DONE BEFORE!!!!. The lazy manager inside decided that he did not want to take ownership and asked me if I was having a “BAD DAY”. I told him don’t even, I am having a great day despite this pandemic and that he needs to take accountability as the manager. Ask customers if they want water sprayed on their door jams. Not all cars are designed the same. 🙁😔. He brushed me off by saying: “Have a good Day” and he handed me my receipt slip to sign and to hand back . I held onto the slip and told him that 1. I am the paying customer and at the end of the day when my LED door jam lights suffer some sort of water damage / malfunctions due to his employees negligence, I will have to pay the money out of my pockets so yes, I am highly upset 😡. 2. His basic sarcasm and lack of professionalism is noted and I won’t be back again. This place was a 3 star ⭐️ but now it’s a 1-Star. Don’t even bother bringing your car here anymore unless you really just want to just fork over your money 💰 and get horrible customer service whenever the manager feels like it.

These guys do a great job on the interior, as well as the exterior period they take the time to make sure that everything is cleaned, vacuumed, and dry when you depart

Terrible. Paid for the a hand wash, and was left with water spots all over. I would not recommend this place. You’re better off going through a gas station wash

I had a coupon for a free wash from my go play save book. They went above and beyond for the free service. My coupon was for the exterior only but they included an interior vacuum as well. Very impressed!

My mom purchased 4 deluxe car washes for my sons birthday. He stashed them in his car and clearly forgot about them. I am sure he didnt notice the expiration date either (our mistake). They expired earlier this year but I called Turtle hoping they would still honor them. Sadly they will not which was disappointing since my mom spent a chunk of change on 4. Bed Bath and Beyond honor expired coupons. Turtle could have won so many bonus points with good customer service, but alas they did not.

This is one of the best car washes around. Much much better than Autobell. Also whatever they use to wash my car leaves it shiny for over a week minimum. Other car washes dont keep it looking good after 1-2 days.

Very disappointed. I asked them if they can wipe down my screen and vacuum the trunk after I tipped the crew. They were non caring and neglected after I told them if they can wipe the screen down and the vacuum the trunk they either ignored it or did a bad job because i had to ask twice.

I have been coming to this place for 15 plus years they do great service and the cleaning of the windows are awesome

Been going here for many years. They actually came to me once & said they wanted to re-run the car through a second time. Always been satisfied with results. I like working with a smaller, locally owned company.

Terrible business! I will absolutely never take my car to this place again. They damaged my trim and they had the nerve to lie about it. I see this area of my car everyday and cannot get in to the car without seeing it so I know for a fact that there was nothing lose prior to them touching my car. The owner just argued with me that it was already lose. I told him with 100 % certainty that he was wrong. He would not do anything about it so I filed a complaint against them with the BBB. The car was h was not very good either.

Rafael, as a manager, is very careless and bias in providing customer service. It doesnt seem as if he believes that every patron should be treated with the same amount of respect.
