I always get the cheapest $6 wash...its good enough for me. I mostly look forward to the free vacuums. The suction is always on point. Ive never seen it too packed either. Very easy to get in and out.

I Go there almost every day with the work vehicle. Always clean and everything always works.

I started going here in 2017. It had been a good experience but the last few months have not been to my satisfaction. The former crew seemed to be happy with their job but the crew that you have now just seems not happy to be there.

They are doing a Buy 1 Get 1 Managers Special for the $20 car wash which includes free vacuums. Get the pollen washed off of your ride. I did mine and my wifes for $20 cant beat this deal. Thanks to Greenway Express. #WeAreRidingShinyAgain

Good quick way to get a car wash on the run for a reasonable price. You can take your time and use the free vacuum stations to get the mess off your floor. There is a machine (free also) you can feed your carpet floor mats through to clean them. It sounds like it beats the ground in sand and dirt out if them.

Never thought Id see the day when a car wash would be able to put not one, not two, but at least 5 deep scratches all over my car, but yet they dont wanna admit to it being their wash materials fault. I know how my car looked before it went into the wash, and it wasnt coveres in scratches...

Definitely an express car wash. Their cheapest wash seems to last maybe a minute?! That could be a tad better but overall the free vacuum makes a great experience and your car does get clean.

Horrible, Yesterday 01/03/2021 I paid for a wash and once I drove in I was told “the car wash ain’t working and we can’t refund you” I was then given a ripped piece of paper that they hand wrote “free wash” on. I had an issue maybe three months back where the machine operator was so high on marijuana I was scared to even trust myself and my vehicle to go through the machine. ( I never complained, I was just happy to make it out of that wash in one piece) however yesterday topped the cake. This is the nearest wash to my home but I’d never return. Keep the money you guys couldn’t refund, I’ll pass on the “free” wash. I’d advise anyone to take your car elsewhere if you really care about your safety and your vehicle.

I have been a customer here and over the past years the service has went down. My mother and father have had horrible experiences here and my sister encountered one today. She was harassed by a male manager while she was alone. He was trying to force her to come in the building with him and harassed for no reason because she was alone. They also tried to keep her from leaving. This has been a very traumatic experience for her and our family. She should never have been treated this way, the men were very aggressive and made her fear for her safety. Please don’t bring your car to get cleaned here especially alone. I hope this establishment is shut down.

Not happy with how their prices have increased over the years. I have been living close by to them for years when a quick car wash was $3! That was amazing, but they continuously increase the price for the same service. They do have free vacuums which has remained.

About a week ago I went to the Greenway Carwash on South Tryon and had a wash, and the washer destroyed my rear windshield wiper, and the mount and the motor. I filled out the damaged property sheet, and they agreed to fix it. They bought a replacement mount for it, but ignored the other damage. They told me that their store policy is not to repair vehicles that their car wash damages that are older than 5 years. I will of course be contesting this, and they have earned a bad review from me. I hope it was worth it. If your car is more than 5 years old I recommend avoiding that place. Their vacuum cleaners arent that great anyway.

Its a scam car wash, brought manager special only good for 7 days. They dont tell you that when you buy it. Scam grimey people.

It cost less for a monthly subscription to go here then it would if I went to another carwash twice a month. They are very economical and it is quick and convenient. I appreciate that they have the vacuums and the mat cleaning machine outside of the car wash in a covered area. The car wash itself is very thorough. My car comes out looking great. My tires are black and shiny and the exterior gets dried fairly well. That is the issue that I find with most other car washes is that they do not dry the car very well and I spent the majority of my time driving off my own car afterwards. That is not the case with Greenway Express. This place is awesome!

A little bit expensive. My old carwash was a couple dollars cheaper per tier. But the free vacuums are a nice plus. Convenient location as well.

I am German and want my car clean since I often take customers with me.The places (one across the street) where you get the inside/outside have 2 problems1. On the weekends when I have time they get so busy that it can take 30-60 min2. They very often rush and dont do it right unless you show them very good tip upfront which gets you easily to $25-30I have unlimited car wash (believe $ 37/month) with Greenway Express since about 18 months and love it. They are all very nice and friendly and take good care of my car. The vacuums are strong and my car is clean. I have a roll of Bounty in my car and within 5 min I have vacuumed and wiped my inside/outside and if I run out of paper towels --- they give me enough to finish the job.Once a month I do my windows by myself and not only will I leave after 30 min ... I know the job is done right !!With the unlimited car wash I can go as often as i want and my GTI looks always clean... the way I like it !!I will stay with them ... because I like a clean car !!

Great Car Wash

Very friendly customer service. The property itself is very immaculate...no litter or debris all over and trash cans arent overflowing. This is a tunnel car wash and you do get what you pay for. If your car is nasty-dirty then the cheapest wash isnt what you need. They offer memberships for discounted washes. Vacuums work really good. Everything is kept up well.

Avoid this place at all costs.Had a FastPass for 10 months with them. Never once were any restrictions violated. Went this morning and they revoked my subscription without even prorating the current month. (Less than half over.)The wash does a decent, but will eventually begin to scratch finishes due to the soft touch brushes collecting debris from other cars.

Brushes damaged the paint on my new car. Scratches all over the hood and side. Luckily I could buff them out with product at home. Definitely did not clean my car as well as you would expect. Steer clear. Will however say I liked the free vacuums.

Was surrounded by blasting music. There are signs posted that read No loud music please. To my left someone was blasting Dru Hill, behind me there was trap music and to my right there was Miguel. All. Blasting. As if they were in competition with each other. Also the suction strength of the vacuums werent that great.

I just went through the car wash and my car was still filthy. I went in to ask to run my car through the wash again and the guy told me because I only bought the $11 wash there was nothing he could do. He just needed to brush off the front of my car but was too lazy to do it. This place used to have better service. I will not return to this car wash. Better options out there.

Not a fan of car washes but Greenway Express does the job when its too cold to do your own hand wash. Thanks for being open during the freezing weather and putting salt down on the vacuum stations. 👍🏽

A horrible place with a horrible owner (Lance)! This place used to be guest friendly,very kind, and a great car wash. That is no longer true due to NEW ownership / management. He is very rude and the car wash doesnt even clean the same... The new owner proceeded to bang on my car window( I am a petite woman& I was alone in my car), because I rolled my window up since he started speaking aggressively to me about a fast pass... ME OR MY FAMILY WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.

Damaged our new vehicle and they refuse to take responsibility and resolve the issue,rude and extremely unprofessional owner Lance and his management team! I would have to agree with the BBB on the F rating.We found much better service and wash results across the street at AutoBell and have since had to contact an attorney to work on getting this matter resolved. Definitely would NOT recommend!!

I come to this car wash often and every time is a bad experience. The workers are always rude, the product vending machines never work, and my car is never fully clean. They also just up charged the prices for a mediocre experience.

I wish I could give this place a zero. Save your time and money and go to Wiki the workers are rude here and impatient. The guy started the car wash before I even put the car in neutral, my car jerked so hard and now this funny smell is coming from my tires. Like dang you couldnt give me two seconds to put my car in neutral ! Now I have to put my car in the shop and take a cab to work all thanks to this worthless car wash. Also my car wasnt even that clean when it came out! I have done a better job washing it at home. Please save your money and car go somewhere else or do it yourself.

I love this place they are very fast 3 minutes in the wash maybe less free vacuums and they have an unlimited plan that will keep your car clean at all times for the price of about 2 washes you can get unlimited washes its a no brainer.

Dont go here. The kiosk returned insufficient change, the attendant cut the vacume off within 5 minutes of me getting through the wash (toward the end of the day.. but they shouldnt let cars go through without leaving the vacume on for at least 10-15 minutes). Go anywhere else.

Does a good job cleaning my car. Like that I can really get it vacuumed out.

We use their unlimited wash special we absolutely love it the car looks brand new every time we wash it they use good chemicals and their brushes are still new no scratches best deal in town!!!!

If I can give them 0 because of the OWNER....I have been with them since day one, I was so happy of the addition of their business to our lovely Community, but once you deal with the Owner you start losing every good meaning of customer value or customer care, he will not mind sticking his hand through your window and take off your pass...and when you ask to cancel, he will not refund you and he will say You have used enough car wash to cover your refundI decided to put a review to let the people of Steelecreek/Rivergate our lovely Community to be aware of that the owner can do whatever he wants with his business, but you are the customer and you can spend your money in the place that you feel valued and respected....please read the rest of the reviews.

Terrible car wash! My car was not clean, my husband’s car received multiple deep scratches on the hood, roof and trunk, and my aunt’s car got stuck in the machine and damaged! The owner refuses to compensate her for the damages and has been uncooperative and has poor communication skills. Avoid this death trap!

Purchased a Honda 2017 a few wks ago and it was the first car wash for this car ...picked this place to clean my car. Never thought my car was going to come out of this place not with 1 scratch but with a total of 39 scratches . The owner Lance Eubanks called me stating his place did not do it and that its under warranty and I needed to take it to honda. I know exactly how my car looked like before it went in there and it had absolutely no scratches. The owner will not compensate me for the damages that his business did on my car.

Horrible service, I arrive there and started to vaccum my car, within 5 minutes the vaccum stops, there was no warning or anything regarding that they will be closing soon, other customers were looking around puzzled that the vaccums stopped. the workers didnt care at all and refuse to offer a refund to me, the workers are horrible I will not be returning there

I didnt love it bc the cost. I like it bc Ive never had any issues and I like that I can use the vacuums and not have to rush.

I was at the car wash today and the manager was extremely rude. He took my husbands pass away because the pass wasnt on our car. We had already paid thru the month. So now were out half a month payment. Her said he was the owner. Extremely rude and very disrespectful!

I discover that I must edit my previous review. Beware do not sign up for this place fast track because they will continue to withdraw money from your account even after you cancel their service. I learned that the hard way. I cancelled in December and not only they were still withdrawing funds in February but the amount went up. Very deceitful practice.

If I could give this place a double zero I would go to wiki wiki car wash or do it at your own house I get to the car wash I pay for my wash as I approach the automatic ramp the guy didnt even give me time to put my car in neutral before starting his process of making the ramp move it make my car jerk extremely bad due to the fact I had my foot on the break so I get home and notice I had strange fluid leaking at the back of my tires long story short they locked up both wheel bearings that I got to replace
