Good service. Good price. I’m not usually able to get anyone on the phone and the employees are ok, not the friendliest but they do a good job!

My car looked really nice and clean initially but after looking closer. I saw that my windows were not all that clean, there was still smudges on them and it hasnt been vacuumed out all that good and the dashboard looked like it just had a once over wipe down. I could have really did a better job myself but the staff was nice and friendly.

We had traveled 3000 miles and had the road grime to prove it. They got it all clean

I travel to Charlotte often and I always take my car to Blue Wave. The manager was very kind & friendly. And the staff did an awesome job.

This place was good, especially if u spend 40 dollar in autobell they do it for 30+tax and way better job than autobell. I recommend this place, not so fancy but will get your car cleaned like it suppose to.

I asked for exterior washing & interior vacuum, well it all was half done. When I got home, I then noticed all the dirt still on the seats & floor & dried wet stains streaks going down the doors. Im chalking it up that I didnt take the time to examine it before tipping the guy & driving off. I know better next time. Id not Ill go back to Auto Bell 🔔

Fair enough for the money

Very Bad service. The workers there refused to vacuum the trunk of my car. They did not clean the inside of the rear windshield, in spite of showing them that it needs cleaning. They were very rude and impolite.Do NOT go there for a car wash unless you want a Terrible Service.

I have been coming here since they opened in 2008. I absolutely love this place, and have always chosen this place over Auto Bell.This car wash is straight to the point and they clean your vehicle well. They take great care of your transportation and will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction.

Good customer service & friendly. I only had my interior cleaned. They didnt take too long to clean it. Very reasonably priced. & I actually even had a flat tire when I got there and they put some air in it for me so I would make it to get a new one. I was far more satisfied with Blue Wave than Ive ever been with autobell. I will be returning next time I need my car cleaned.

Hands down the best carwash and detail shop in Charlotte!!! Go in the mornings during the week, youll have 3 people working on your car to get you in and out.

My husband and I really love this location. Friendly staff and quick. My car was so clean. We will be back.

I shopped around charlotte all day before I landed on blue wave. Although I was supposed to make an appointments fir my seats to be shampooed they still agreed to do it. I didnt necessarily think of this place as an auto detailing place but they did so well I wouldnt have known the difference if i wasnt there.
