TCS outsourced another company to do their background check and they dont listen or understand what is being said or it seem like they dont understand the fundamental of their own potal to upload document. This has been going on with me for like 2.5 months after I received an offer letter. The information is gray out in the portal so therefore I cant upload any documents whatsoever and they are telling me I can and I know I cant. TCS should fired the company that doing they background investigation and they need to hired someone local and more reliable to handle this for them because that company that is doing the background investigation really making tcs looooook bad and tcs is losing business over this as well.

A recruiter (Ashwin S) from TCS contacted me for a position, we set a rate and everything, I did all the interviews but at the end they told me they are interested but offered me a way lower what we agreed to.
