HIPPA VIOLATIONS! They were looking for someone who was not me and they were happy to share all of that person’s personal information with me. The person on the other end of the line who picked up refused to tell me who they were and who they were collecting for. That is illegal in Florida! You always must tell the person who you are and whom you are collecting for. If they call you hang up and call an attorney.
First, I was sent to collections for a bill I was paying on every month. Apparently, this is legal because I refused to setup a recurring automatic monthly payment. (I dont believe this is this companys fault, but the medical system.) However, when I called PMAB to find out why I had been sent to collections they said I would be able to make payments online. When I got the bill in the mail there was no web address to pay online--fishy, right? I called and got the web address. When I went to the website to pay, it was not a simple setup--it required me to get a different reference number from the company because the reference number on my letter didnt work to setup the account. Even more fishy.... When I finally setup the online account and tried to make an online payment, it said it was unable to make a payment online and I would need to call and make the payment over the phone. Its a scam...you cant make an online payment. If youre that intent on collecting money from people (who are ACTUALLY PAYING ALREADY!), then at least make it possible to pay online in 2019!
My daughter gave birth 3 years ago in April, she applied for Medicaid. The reason why we applied was because my insurance does not cover dependent maternity. We gave the hospital the Medicaid information when we arrived for her C-section yet they still billed my insurance. Now her bill is on my credit because of course my insurance company rejected the bill and they never billed the secondary insurance company. And in the meantime Im stuck with a $34,000 bill for a child I didnt have. And they keep insisting the bill belongs to me even though my daughter was an adult at the time.
This is along one... 3 years ago my insurance companies starting fighting over who was primary and who was secondary. I had just had 3 major surgeries. Neither insurance company paid anything leaving me with about 20,000 in medical debt. I started paying each one a small amount. One office let me pay from 540 and some change down to 109.00 & then sent the bill into PMAB for collections. They already had the orthopedic surgeons bill. I have made payments every month & they sent the 109.00 in to the credit bureau. They hadnt sent me a statement since July of last year so I was unaware that they werent dividing the money between accounts as they should have been. I called them and he admitted that the money had not been allotted properly, but they wont change it. They dropped the ball, not me & have admitted it, but wont correct their mistake. They spoke with me on Monday & on Wednesday I received a statement from them showing that the hospital has now sent their bill to them also. They had to have known that then and didnt even mention that fact. These people are the scum of the earth. Im calling all three offices and telling them how these people treat their clients & begging them to find another agency to handle this. Had they allotted the money properly this bill would have been over half way paid off. Somebody needs to sue the hell out of them....I cant afford the lawyer..
Called saying I owed money to a medical facility. I called the medical facility said I had a zero balance. I feel like this place is not legitimate. Not happy!!!!
This agency keeps contacting me for an attempt to collect a debt when my insurance paid my hospital bills months ago. Payment has been confirmed by the hospital several times over the past six months and every time I try to clear this up with the PMAB representative they never seem to be available. Dont understand why this is so hard. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
It is illegal for this company to be on anyones credit report you do not have a contact with them . ask them to see your signature with your name on it. dont answer the phone when they call. never answer for bill collectors

When my wife asked for more information Christina told her that she had to verify who she was first by giving her full name, address, and social security number... enough said?
This organization should be investigated and consider new employees in leadership as well. They were very rude and impatient. Female representative (Adelle or Ladelle) seem to have an attitude when I called regarding my wifes account. I called back to speak to the supervisor and she seems to have an attitude too regarding expanding options for expediting letters to update my wifes paid in full account that should have never gone to collections.
This company has contacted me more than once about a bill that they would not even explain .. Now that i have there info. I’m dropping it by to my attorneys office since in North Carolina, that if you do not have enough to pay the cost of the bill, it is covered.. Also they got rude with me which I recorded and have 2 employees that work at this place that will be getting a call from BBB and my attorney..
Bill from Morehouse health care in 2018. Letter said if I dont pay its going go from $25 to $50 😅 So I called in and the man on the phone answered with a condensing and rude attitude, told me to bring the doctor bill to the hospital with my Grady card. I pay my fees everytime I visited Grady btw. Ill do that tomorrow. So dont double my bill and train your people to not talk down to people calling in.
This company is very hard to contact and get information from. It is as if they are doing me a favor. Not. Lol
They called claiming that they were helping with veterans of America and taking donations. That really pissed me off. Im all about helping vets. Maybe it was something they were doing but if not that is a truly scum bag move to get money out of people. Lots of Americans try to do what we can for the Vets. Too say thats why their collecting money is pretty low.
My credit score dropped and to my surprise it was because of this company. I have NEVER received a phone call or a letter in the mail stating that I owed any money on a hospital bill. I have always kept medical insurance. I will be send them a debt validation letter for proof of this debt that they say I owe!!
I have 4 accounts showing on my credit report and I have never got a phone call or letter regarding these bills. They need to take them off or send me a bill so I know what it was for if I owe this money.

I hope they realize I have a JD & if they dont stop harassing me, theyll be paying me punitive damages as well as all my legal fees from civil proceedings. Im done messing around. They already destroyed my credit years ago and still blow my phone apart for the money. They refuse to consolidate any of the debt. They told me to just pay half and the debt originator would cover the rest ... Sounds fishy ...
Mr. D. Hart is very rude. They treat you like a 2nd rate citizen because you have a account in collections. They need to be more mindful when people are calling in to resolve debt, instead of making you feel like you are trying to get over.. I hope I never have to deal with these people again

Since 2014 they put something on my credit report. I asked for a proof of debt and never heard back from them again. Didn’t receive a mail correspondence or nothing they just disappeared. It may be for a hospital visit but I don’t know because I never received a bill. Just a phone call from this debt collection company.
Total scam company. Sent a collection letter on a bill thats being paid by insurance. If it shows up on my credit report lawyers will be contacted.
These people are rude!!! I have 3 bills from them from when I took my kids to an Urgent care, I presented with my insurance for all 3 of my kids! I do not owe them ANY money I called and spoke with a representative and resent my insurance information to them over 2 years ago! Then I look at my credit report and it is on there. I call them and ask them what is going on and why this has not been taken care of? The guy wa SUPER rude and said that I needed to have my insurance contact them, Intold him that I already sent them the insurance information and also presented it at the time of the visit and I do not owe any money to them. I told him that it was his job to get it now and he said “ what is your problem?” I said you are putting stuff on my credit report illegally. Very rude people and I feel that they are SCAMMERS!
Had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with a Ms. Adelle who was EXTREMELY rude, nasty, and condescending!!!! I spoke with someone about my account previously and she said that that person was wrong and she didn’t know why they told me this and that about settling my account. Continued to overtalk me and was beyond nasty to the point where I requested to have my account handled by another agent. Everyone else has since been pleasant but this nasty woman left a really nasty taste in my mouth and is the reason I give PMAB 1 Star. If zero stars were an option I would have chosen that instead.

Ive been calling multiple times during your regular business hours to figure out why this company charged my account 3 different times in a row (totalling $300) and I cant seem to get a single person on the phone.
This place keeps calling my phone over and over-- my husband had called the hospital twice, and they said I had a bill... but it was paid off. How do you get them to stop, when I dont owe anything?
This company is a joke. They dont even have the decency to call with a person, they will call you with a machine telling you to call THEM. So when you DO call, you explain to them that this has been taken care of through your insurance and the medical system you go through. They WILL NOT stop calling you, in fact they will reference the recorded calls in which you authorized them to take care of it. Yes, I did authorize that, but the thing is, is that *I* am the one who took care of this. It took MONTHS for me to resolve this, because PMAB DIDNT. I did three way calls with Carolina Health Care systems and BCBS and fixed it MYSELF. I have the bills being sent to ME but PMAB is still harassing me trying to get money off me. I am on the phone with my health insurance right now and they are laughing at this company. Straight trash, trying to get money off people.
This company PMAB, LLC reported a medical bill $344 from Cayuga Medical to my credit report fall 2014. Mind you when I called This Cayuga Medical Group, they are going to tell me my insurance was incorrect. However when I Spoke to my insurance company at the time, they informed that a bill was submitted from this company and paid in full, Now Cayuga is telling me they submitted 2 separate bill, makes no sense if you submitted 2 bills, one got paid in full, how is it you dumb ass people are going to tell me my insurance was incorrect??? A bill got paid to you from my insurance company....... If they knew what they were doing in billing, there wouldnt have been a problem. Company like PMAB and Cayuga Medical only set out to ruin and destroy peoples life. I need this rectified and removed from my credit report. Stop stealing from innocent people, You wicked and heartless people.

There guys are idiots. they send me some bills without any details and asking me to pay for it. And when I asked for details they said they are going to send you an email but that email will get delete in 24 hours. How it is possible I think they are fraud.

PAY ATTENTION! This company sent me a bill for a visit to the hospital that had already been paid IN FULL! Luckily I keep my bills and such in a file cabinet and I had proof that the bill had been paid. Always pay attention and keep up with who you pay what to.
