My profession requires a close business relationship with a fleet manager who can be there for me when I need them. These days it is very difficult to find such a company like National Fleet Management. No one in the industry can match the responsiveness, expertise or experience I find when i speak with Ray Goff in Charlotte, NC.

I could write a book on this business but I will be short my partner and I 24ft box truck broke down loosing power so we took it to a company that gave us the run around and wouldnt except our warranty and told us we needed a new motor not to mention they wouldnt except our warranty so we took it to National they checked it and found that it was a bad Turbo and DPF so they filed warranty and got the truck back up and running in less than 7 days when I tell you they did an awesome job they went above and beyond even washed the truck for us. Tim manager and Debbie was so informative and efficient with everything they said and did we are now forever customers they are honest and straight forward no running us in circles and misinformation thank you guys and we look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

They were one of the few places open on Saturday. 2 hour minimum for anything. I had a dead battery. 2 hours to replace them. Thats industry standard. Not!

This crew is on top of it....Really thorough in there diagnostics and quick turnaround. Best in the area and friendly staff. Techs are well versed and there training is obvious.

My driver dropped our Volvo T780 off on Thursday night, December 8, 2016 because the DEF system would not do a park regen. We were promised a mechanic would have a diagnosis done no later than Tuesday, December 13, 2016. By that Wednesday, Dec 14, 2016, I called in and they still had not done anything with the truck. I was told that the mechanic that could work on the truck doesnt come to work until 3pm everyday and was promised he would get to it that night. On Thursday, December 15, 2016 they finally plugged into it but still had no definitive diagnosis. At this point, my driver had been out of work now a week, and I needed to get him back on the road. I called the shop Friday morning asking for details. I was lied to and told they needed to clean the DEF filter and replace an injector. I said ok, let me check around for part. I called back two hours later and was told now I needed to replace the DEF filter after they lied and said the filter was already in the oven being cleaned. The filter was NEVER PLACED IN THE OVEN. They just lied to get me off the phone. Long story short, the guy on the phone got really nasty with me, told me hed button the truck up since he didnt want to wait on me to buy my own parts, and that I could send a driver to pick it up between 3-4 pm. He never mentioned an outstanding bill to be paid before he picked the truck up.The driver went up there at 3:30 pm and was told to come back later that evening because the mechanic still needed to button the truck up for him drive it off the lot. Again, no one mentioned a bill. He went back again at 7 pm that night to pick the truck up. The mechanic gave him the keys and he left. His wife was with him and waited nearly 30 minutes to ensure there was no bill to pay. The mechanic text and called three people and never produced a bill. The mechanic told her, if they didnt leave a bill to pay it must be no charge.The next day we received a nasty phone call from this shop threatening to put a theft charge on the driver if he didnt bring the truck back because no money was paid for the truck. This company claims to be a Christian company with moral values, yet they wasted a week of this drivers time doing absolutely nothing to the truck, are very unorganized, and got irate when I offered to buy my own parts which they told me initially was fine to do. All they had to do was either email or mail a bill to the company for payment, not call threatening charges on the driver. They are very unprofessional and a total waste of time.If you have any problems with your DEF system, TAKE IT TO THE DEALER, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE.
