I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn about a position they to wanted me to consider with one of their clients. I was potentially interested so I replied promptly that day to give my availability for a phone call that afternoon or the following day, as was requested by the recruiter. I never heard back, sent a follow up 2 days later and never heard back on that either. Not a good way to pull top talent for your clients. It’s been a week since I was originally contacted and replied with no response at all.

Absolute joke of a company. Dont let their professional candor fool you. Bunch of children working from their iPhones. They will try to lure u in to big companies with big titles to be offered menial pay for higher rate positions. Big waste of time. Spend the extra effort of applying to more places directly. Trust me, itll be well worth the effort. The professionalism is severely lacking in this office, most especially within the recruitment side. The three best words that could describe this organization are: argumentative, painstaking, and idle. STEER CLEAR!

Paul wrote me this about a job It does require travel but has excellent pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities. Please dont hesitate to reach out for full details!When I asked him who the job was with, what the job was, and for a job description, he dodged all of it and insisted on a phone call. If you wont even disclose who the work is with, something is up. I suspect they are selling jobs that arent anywhere near as good as they portray. Beware!

Ettain experience has been so much different than any other consulting company so far. Robert and Simon are so much understanding and very co-operative. Also they try to bring talent together and enjoy valuable time with their consultants to get constant feedback and thriving to improve any challenges consultants have.I would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a enjoyable work experience.

Since joining ettain, I have worked with Meghan, Creighton and Lauren. All 3 have been fantastic to work with. Having worked with other agencies, none have come close to how these 3 have treated me like I am someone special.I receive check-in calls once a month which none other the other agencies come even close to doing when I was with them or my co-workers.Thank you for everything you do. The management and leadership staff truly care about their employees and it shows in the numerous amounts of awards, incentive trips, and flexibility that is given. It speaks for itself when many of the employees haven been here for 7-10+ years, you cant find the culture of ettain group anywhere else. This group will act all nice on the phone then not give you job numbers so that you submit with someone else thinking it’s a different job then you get dinged for double submission. Instead of acknowledging this on their end the recruiter stopped responded to my request to provide the job number and or remove my RTR. Very fake and unprofessional! Hope I never have to deal with them again!

Ive now worked with the Charlotte crew for 2 years running - very happy with the follow-through and impressed by the attention they show the other 4 people of whom I know theyve placed locally. Im very surprised by the negative reviews and suggest that if any of that is remotely true then the person posting it made no effort to raise the issue up the food chain to get any issues resolved OR simply doesnt understand how the process works. Frankly, Ive worked with dozens of agencies over my career and these guys are among the best!

Waste of time, big wast of time. I dont even know what to say but waste of time. I went in, they helped me with my resume they contacted my references. Thats the end of the story. Its been over a year and a 1/2 still no contact. I thought it was me, but I contacted Logical Advantage, which is much smaller firm, they immediately had me an interview lined up with a fortune 500 company! Needles to say, I have been working as a contracted for over 8 months now. So it wasnt me, it was them with their lack of communication and follow-up!

Ettain contacted me about a position at Harris Teeter corporate, that it was a great opportunity. I was not actively looking for another job.I was a full-time employee at my company (and have since learned to never consider a contract position when you are a FTE) and decided to listen since the recruiter was persistent. I had an interview and they extended an offer for an 18-month contract.As soon as I got there, there was little work to do and I knew that I made a mistake. Less than two months in, Harris Teeter laid off the boss that hired me. My contract was ended shortly afterward b/c there was no work for me.I got some lip service about helping me get another contract. I learned some valuable lessons the hard way from this.

Please stick to one word instead of changing policies each day.. Be helpfull, not suggested for non-immigrants..

I was contacted by them last month, i sent my references and resume and told me they would set me up with a interview but after 3 days I never heard back from the recruiter only to say that they didnt have a confirmation. Im not working with them again, no communication skills

I get lots of messages from recruiters, but this is the one company that will send me a message, Ill respond, and then I never hear from them again.

Never did any business with these people.... But I came across racist rhetoric made by the owner on social media. Bad for business.
