WONDERFUL place and staff. While transition from 1 state to another, the staff was VERY helpful and knew the correct sizes for me and my items. Never went there and had any issues with anything. Customer service is very important and they are the BEST.

The entire team at this location is very professional and were very helpful when we added a second storage unit, the location is easy to access as well.

Nice units good prices. Some of the. Property needs to be cleaned up from the broken down buses and r.vs and cars etc..but im confident new management will get to it in time. The units really are nice and secure. Thank you for the reply i appreciate it.

This is an affordable storage unit. The only negative is gate hours end at ten p.m.. 24 hr access would be nice, especially for those of us with hectic schedules.

They are rude, constantly going up on their rent, never answer your calls during business hours always goes to call center who are not helpful as well. They dont send invoices. If you move out they keep your money regardless if it is day 1 or day 30! Will not work with you at all. I was always a good customer so was my mother we had two units. Always paid early for both units. We moved out one day after rent was due and they refused to give money back for one day which is absurd. If it was a few dollars no big deal this was substantial amount. How is that good customer service? I will not recommend them . Would rather drive all the way across town than deal with close by if this is way they treat good customers.

Place was nice and people were clean

This facility has changed their access hours, not 24hrs as stated on website. They have increased in prices and do not give 30 days notice so you can have options to stay or move out. The small unit I rent has no lighting(guess that’s why it’s low priced) but cost more now and I’m providing my own lights!🤔 even walk-in closets have lighting....terrible.

They are awesome and so easy to deal with! Shameka is the best and she always make sure everything is a easy transaction!!!!

The SecurStorage team from the national call center and local office staff are great to work with. Unfortunately, the area is riddled with a theft problem. We leased an outdoor spot and within 3 weeks, we experienced an attempted break-in. In speaking with other tenants and the police, the problem has gotten bad lately. We removed our vehicle and will not return. SecurStorage offered a full refund quickly. Be sure to ask about this and call the Charlotte police for their opinions of the situation before signing a lease here.

I get 4 to 6 nails in my tire every month. The roofing companies in there drop nails everywhere. There are giant potholes in the parking area.

Shameka is awesome. Public storage tried to charge me all kinds of extra fees n make me buy a $22 lock from them which in the end the total was $30 more than what they quoted me on the phone and mind you the first month was only $1. So in total they wanted $63 at public storage. I said hell no n went straight over to shameka at securcare and got a bigger unit for $30 less. They charged me exactly what i was quoted and not a penny more. If you need storage this is the place.

The car wash stole my money. Plugged a bunch of quarters in a non working machine. But doesnt say non working. Tried to contact manager. On site manager was at lunch. Maintenance guy said she would be back in 30 she had already been gone for 10. Decided to wait. 45 minutes later no show. I watched as people lost money to the machines if they used change. People using cards were fine. 5 dollar min for card users. I called the 877 number. Man on the other end said he would email the site manager and have her call me back. No phone call yet.I feel ripped off. They know these machine dont take money. Quarters count as money with enough of them. Stealing, it becomes free money. Disappointed......I just wanted to spritz my car off!!!!!! Could have just washed it at home.Good business for them when people dont complain.NewsAction 9??

To whom it may concern I been coming to the car wash for 8 years.I never had a problem until 2 weeks ago.I wash there at night about to wash my car it was a man thats always soliciting and being a nuisance to the car wash. He was communicating threats towards me and I was offended.I called the police and told them that He is always harassing people as if he works there and tryna bully people out of there money or tryna bully people and intimidate people into letting them wash there car. I like this car wash but I am starting to feel uncomfortable I hope that someone pays close attention to my review at this point I dont feel comfortable washing my car there at this moment . I ride by and he is always there and I see him there as if its clock work and I keep going. SMH.....Thank you for reading my reviewPS I like the car wash and its convenience but this matter has inconvenienced me and others...

If youre looking for a courtesy call to let you know that your storage unit is late you might not want to do business with these folks. Two storage units they didnt even have the common courtesy to let me know that I was late on either one $50 later with late fees they couldnt make a simple phone call cuz they were too busy supposably poor customer service Id say. Not to mention they will constantly raise the prices on you when you can leave your unit and get another unit for way cheaper
