Hi Jessica, Sorry your upset, but youre anger is misplaced as is your review, as you were never my client, you switched as I transitioned here in October. As the team here explained repeatedly, in NC, when you cancel a policy after it renews, you are charged a short rate for the time and coverage that was in place. I apologize that 3 different members of my staff were unable to help you understand how this works. This office has really gone down hill since Michael Randolph retired. The employees Hector and Kirea are not suitable for the position in which they are employed. These two individuals were unable to resolve simple insurance based questions. I regretfully call corporates number to resolve the situation. After nearly 20 years as a customer of Allstate, I will no longer use them for any of my insurance needs.

I called and ask about my premiums for my car. I asked this lady why would my premiums went up $200? She said directly to me: It only went up $150, where is $200 came from?I felt this is not acceptable. And she promised to call me back next day, I never get a phone call back.

The office adjuster Nicole is very professional and responsive.
