Everything came out perfectly! I love everything about my living room now. I had a tv, fire place and large mirror mounted. They also added doors to my entertainment cabinet that I called myself putting together lol.... great work!

I love the photos of the work that I see and hoped that I might be able to do business with them soon. The site did not let me secure my preferred appointment time so I called the 800num. I received no answer (and left no message) but someone texted me (on a first name basis) to apologize for the missed call. On time and courteous with a sense of humor...I was extremely nervous as this was the first time my TV has been taken off its mount. They secured the wires somewhere (I dont see them) and the end result was a cleaner look and the sound coming from my home theater system is sublime....The only negative...which is on me because I didnt communicate....is the speakers align right next to the edge of the TV so they would need to be removed if I decided I wanted to get a bigger TV ....and who doesnt want bigger?11/15/19 UPDATE: Two days after the install on 11/04/19, my speaker fell off the wall. I proceeded to FB message and text Brandon, he acknowledged, asked for the model information for the speaker and said hed get back to me that same day. Its been over a week and no response. I reached out on the 14th via FB messenger and 24 hours later still no response...11/22/10 UPDATE: Heard from him shortly after the initial update and he replaced the speaker this morning (screwed to the mount vs command strip) and so far so good....YAYYYYY!!!!!!

Brandon was able to run a line and place a plug behind the tv so we didn’t have any wires showing or have to do wire covers.
