We have utilized Vital Media for many years. Their level of excellence ranks extremely high. Our initial experience involved a simple On Hold Message system....we still use this many years later and get good feedback from our customers who ocassionally get placed on hold. The most positive and engaging service we use with Vital Media is our DBoard....here we provide video feed that is constantly updated with our Tire Pros branded advertising and also with MIchelin content. We have also included a pricing menu that has created a showroom consultant....my customers are asking me about services based upon the content alone. Very professional looking content. The staff is very attentive to any changes that we need...I can call or I have access to a survey that allows me to update the content myself. Great investement!
