So I went online and filled out the form. Still waiting on a call back. It’s been two days. So I decided to call. The phone just rang and rang. Then finally someone picked up. They didn’t say anything but they were chewing food so I hung up. Double checked the number and yes I dialed the correct number. Sent a message on Instagram and still NO response. I just called and the receptionist literally said to me I don’t understand what you are asking. A receptionist that doesn’t understand a simple question. I wonder how the rest of the team members are? Yikes. I would literally be afraid to spend a dime with these people. How can they handle your website if they can’t even handle a simple callback request or a phone call or even respond to an Instagram message??? Not sure how reputable Charlotte SEO is.
