My daughter rented an apartment for 6 months ( lease was agreed upon) she was never late on rent, never caused an issue. I’m just going to say, her father and I went and moved her out when her lease was up and I personally cleaned that apartment so I know what was done and what wasn’t! I totally understand not getting a full refund for a security deposit but they checked stuff not completed that I done myself!! If I was a person moving out, don’t clean anything because out of a 250 security deposit we received a 36.00 check in the mail! I guarantee that apartment was way nicer when she left then when we rented!

The employees are rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have been leasing with wood rentals for over 2 years now. I am very happy with wood rentals and my apartment. The property is always very well kept, maintenance responds promptly and the office staff (especially Rachael) is consistently helpful. Jim is a great landlord!

I love Jim and Rachel. They are always there when needed. Also available to solve an issue. Ive been with Jim for a year now and I am planning on staying to stay until my graduation in 2020. Sure I may find cheaper rent but not sure I could find such a great landlord!

Do not rent from this owner! You will not get your security deposit back and you will be charged for literally everything. Your cable may be accidentally turned off due to them not knowing someone has a current lease. Save yourself the trouble and headache and rent elsewhere.
