This is such a wonderful place! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation rental here. Its located right on the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very safe building. Would definitely stay there again!

For over 20 years, Ive considered Charleston my favorite vacation getaway. From trips with my best friends, to romantic weekends, to my parents 50th Anniversary, to countless meals at new and exciting restaurants, to spending the day alone on the pristine and wild Bulls Island, to my new granddaughters first carriage ride, this magical place continues to provide endless memories. Im already planning my next Charleston adventure for later this year....my 50th birthday celebration. And throughout the years, Dunes Properties has continually provided myself, my friends and my family premier vacation rentals that far exceeded our expectations. I cant wait to knock on their doors again.

I went on a girls vacation with 3 other girls to the Folly Beach area . We stayed at a Dunes Vacation Rental Property that was able to accommodate all 4 of us easliy . Everything about it was wonderful . The condo was tastefully decorated and clean . Parking was available on site . The view of the beach was beautiful morning and night . The location was perfect for our needs, The condo was close to the town so we could walk and it was an easy ride to Charleston. We would return to area again and would use the Dunes Vacation Rental Property again .

Folly beach was perfect for the Easter family get away, 3boys 14& 11 could go anywhere on their bikes, condo vacation rentals, just 3 blocks from beach made it real easy for all, great week., everyone wants to return next Easter.
