I came here to write my own review but to be honest, Leslie said it best! I wish I could comment or reply to her, just to thank her. At least someone was looking out for us.

If I could leave negative stars, that would still be too many. I am a patient of a local counseling company that I have since found out is managed/maintained through this company and manager. I am APPALLED at how the counselors up front were talked to /treated. I went in and was immediately hit in the face with overwhelming heat. To be honest, it would have been cooler outside than inside the building. I overheard a young girl on the phone with a man that I later found out to be a man named Aaron. I heard this man speak extremely rude to her, told her it was hot everywhere and this company was being unrealistic in their expectations in having their air fixed today. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! I myself have had HVAC done recently and had NO problem having someone come the same day! What kind of monster would force their tenants to remain in these working conditions??! Its over 100 degrees outside. I heard the woman tell him on the phone it was 84 degrees and there was ZERO concern. She maintained her composure better than I would have, because I would have quickly told him to bring his sarcastic and demeaning self to this office and I would work out of his cushy one!! I also heard her speak to someone who identified themselves as the owner of the counseling practice speak to the man (Aaron?) once more as well as another gentleman who seemed to be making the choices ... perhaps the owner fo the building? I dont know...regardless... These men were once more EXTREMELY rude and inappropriate with these young girls and told them no one would come out but if so, the practice would pay for it since the HVAC company they had was taking much longer and clearly not reliable. I was invested at this point, so I continued to listen to this saga...the girls jumped to action and found a company willing to come within two hours!! However upon hearing this the landlord/owner/manager, whatever you want to call him -- Im calling him a scumbag (just to keep it PG) told these girls he would not pay for it because it wasnt who HE picked. What an SOB?!?! What kind of man goes back on his word? What kind of man forces women to work in these conditions?!? They should be ASHAMED of themselves. I will be posting this review EVERYWHERE I can find that will accept it. They are misogynistic, slum lords and bullies. Absolute Scum.
