I worked for United Talent years ago & I really liked them so I recommended them to my husband & his cousin. They were given a job placement within 3 weeks if applying with them. Two months ago I went to United Talent for an interview. They gave me a clerks test and had me fill out paperwork. I have applied for several jobs and never hear anything from them. They even called me and asked if I was a client already if not they wanted me to come in for an interview. I have absolutely no faith in these people. I called to check on a job I had applied for and had to leave a voice mail. I had to reapply for the job to even get a phone call back from them. Dont waste your time.

I went here and filled out whatever paperwork needed, as well as took a few typing tests. I was told between my experience, education, and the tests I should have several options... I guess it didnt pan out as anticipated because I never heard from them again... 😂*UPDATE* Nevermind guys! I got a response well over a year later on this Google review!

They got me a good job working at University of Charleston in Charleston West Virginia and I went to the one on Leon Sullivan can they have been good to me I went to see them one year ago and they have got me all kinds of jobs but this one ended up being a full-time job

If I could rate -5 stars I would. I had a horrible and absolutely embarrassing experience here. I was singled out so horribly. I walked in and the African American receptionist is already getting an attitude with me. She puts me in a room all by myself for 30 minutes separated from everyone. Everyone new gets put in the main room behind the front desk and I get put in a room in the far back alone to fill out my paperwork. Im dressed up in a suit and tie and very professional looking and NOBODY else was put back there and new people were coming in. Absolutely unacceptable. She then comes to take me to get a drug test and I told her that I would have to take it in a few after I drank some water. Its hard for me to just go on command. She gets pissy with me and says okay and walks away. Completely unprofessional. So I go to the back room, still alone and separate from everyone to finish my paperwork. I finish filling out my paperwork and I had to run to get my wife because she didnt have a ride. So I went to the front desk and told her that I would be back in 20 minutes. And she had the nerve to tell me, I dont know if you can come back at this point. Ill have someone give you a call. In the most hateful tone. I also never received a call even 2 weeks later. WHAT DID I EVEN DO?! This staffing agency is an absolute joke. And she also stole my $10 and didnt give it back. I was treated like I was a freaking monster. Apparently if you dress up in suit and tie, they feel intimidated. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of here. Absolutely awful the way they treat you.

Most horrible experience of my life! Morgantown office staff are rude and made me feel like a failure. I have a college degree and recently moved to the area looking for somewhere to start. No customer service skills, will not return calls and worst communication ever.

Horrible place do not risk working here, they will violate your rights as workers and then blame you when the client is not happy. Even if you did nothing wrong and can show proof of it, they will boot you out the system and lie to you. They are a horrible company to work for, so do not risk working here.

I described my needs for employment. I took a drug screen, passed drug screen. I engaged in a background check, came back crystal clear. I wasted 2 hours testing & passed, I received NO JOB, NO INTERVIEW, NO OPPORTUNITY... I corresponded back via phone, via e-mail, RECIEVED NOTHING!! If you need a job now, like most people seeking employment. Pass this agency by, and try another... Not United Talent.
