THE BEST THING EVER!Ive been using a personal assistant through Your Time Charleston for a few months now, and it has been life-changing! Shawnda has built an efficient, friendly, very effective team. I was lucky to get Kya as my assistant, and Im impressed every time she comes to my house. She works hard, takes on anything without hesitation, and is a complete joy to have in my home. I wish I had committed to this service a long time ago. Cant recommend them enough!

I am a small business owner with no additional staff. I was overwhelmed by the volume and tedium of office tasks and bookkeeping when I needed to be focusing on sales and marketing. Your Time Personal Assistants have been an absolute lifesaver for me in setting up my new house in Charleston. As soon as I met owner, Shawnda Poynter, after closing on the home, I knew I was in excellent hands. Shawnda showed up with a detailed questionnaire with questions I would never have even have thought of but were indeed important (i.e. if an assistant has a question, should they text or call? How long should they wait before just using their best judgement? Did I need my assistant to wear a certain uniform?). I have been using Your Time to coordinate and receive both furniture and package deliveries, set up furniture and household machines, let contractors in, organize mail and to do light cleaning. All of the assistants have been thoroughly punctual, respectful, thoughtful and kind. They consistently volunteer ideas for extra work they can do during their 4 hour a week visits. I have become very dependent Your Time and expect to employ long term as I settle into Charleston. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would!
