William Travis designed my engagement ring and our wedding bands...and we just love them! We came with a stone from my grandmother that we wanted to showcase, and a slight idea of the style we were looking for. He worked with us to come up with a design that felt right from the start, and that he (and later staff) seemed so excited about! I appreciated how he really listened to us but also was comfortable with giving his expert opinion. The rings turned out perfect! Totally us, incredibly unique, perfectly matching (because all the rings were cast together), and just all-around gorgeous!

I love fine jewelry and wanted to shop there but after talking to multiple women who have worked for Travis, I found out he was a creep. Not cool. I’ll go buy my diamonds somewhere else.

Purchased a necklace tag and it has started to tarnish. When contacted the company, they pretty mush said thats how it is. Would never use this company again. Buyer beware!

My experience with their jewelry repair service was excellent. While I was visiting my sister in North Carolina from Arkansas my ring lost a stone. Jamie Lea was professional and very friendly. Since the repairs were going to take longer than I was going to be in town they shipped my ring to me in Arkansas. The repair was made and the ring looks great. I was searching for a small business instead of a chain and this was perfect. I first went to get rings resized but was drawn in by all the beautiful and unique jewelry. Josh greeted me with exuberance. He was attentive and helpful. Kathleen was there with readiness to assist with other questions. I had to set an appointment for a piece specifically made by William Travis for my wife. Who could resist after learning the owner is a 5th generation metalsmith jeweler with more awards than anybody else in the business? William Travis and his team are very great folks with exceptional knowledge. If you want unique and friendly then this is the place. They do close around 5 every day so make sure you get there to not miss out!

I walked in this store recently on a Saturday evening and witnessed the owner along with 3 other people doing drugs at the back bar. I was recommended to reset my engagement ring with this company, but there’s no way I’d trust them with my diamond or my money. I immediately walked out.

Twice I have gone to William Travis to have a watch battery replaced.The first time, a year or two ago, the back of the watch fell off less than a week after the battery replacement (which it had never done before), and since I didnt notice it for a few hours I could not recover the back--and hence had to ditch an antique Bulova watch because the part could not be replaced.Two months ago, hoping that first incident was a fluke, I had a battery replaced in a relatively new watch that I had never had a problem with. When I called they were hesitant about changing the battery for me, and after I said I would go elsewhere and hung up, they pulled my name from their caller ID and called me back--which I find inappropriate, given that I had already said I was not going to use them!They clearly have no concern for the quality of work done. Dont waste your time by going here to have a watch battery replaced.

William Travis Jewelry is amazing. I worked with Brent to design my fiancée’s engagement ring and as someone who has never dealt with making custom Jewelry before this was so far and away better(an understatement) then what people told to expect. Brent was patient, innovative and definitely a master of his craft. My fiancée constantly has people commenting on the ring so I think that speaks volumes. After this experience I plan to work with William Travis Jewelry and his amazing metal smith Brent for all my future jewelry.

I called about getting my engagement ring prongs fixed and the lady I spoke to was so nice over the phone. Once I came in I was welcomed very well and they fixed my ring within a few minutes. I came in at almost the last minute with a diamond ring that I needed to turn in to a beautiful wedding band for myself for my wedding day.The metalsmith immediately tapped in to my personality, wants, wishes and needs for the ring that I most desperately needed so quickly. After a short visit, he sent me a digital mockup of what the ring would look like within just a few hours of my visit to William Travis Jewelry.The mock-up was perfect to my vision. I had no changes, the design was amazing.I cant wait to see the final design.He has gone above and beyond to make my special day the best it can be.Update:My ring is absolutely amazing! I had a great experience working William Travis to have several jewelry repairs done as well as designing a custom pendant. Travis is very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain and discuss all of my available options, as well as provide some great suggestions and advice. All of the work was done within a week, just in time for an anniversary present. I couldn’t be happier with the pendant and the repair work done. Also, the price was very reasonable, and actually quite a bit less than I expected. We will be coming back for all of our jewelry repairs and purchases!

Showed up for a birthday treat with a friend of mine. Not only were we greeted with mimosas by one of Travis fantastic employees, Brent, but Travis himself showed up and hosted us through an awesome process experience! He took us behind the scenes of jewelry creation and let us participate with his supervision. His keen eye for elegance and melding of non- and traditional styles is so apparent throughout all his jewelry. Its such a fun store to visit, truly an experience any time you go. Even just to get jewelry fixed or cleaned!

I’ve gone to William Travis twice for service on my two watch bands and both times they were very friendly, very quick, and the price was very reasonable. Great customer service and super polite staff. Also love the layout of the store. I will definitely be a customer with them in the future. Would strongly recommend.

If I had to sum my experience into one word I would use perfection. His artistic abilities and design are unsurpassed. He takes the time to get to know you and is able to take random words and ideas and turn them into a masterpiece. The friendly comfortable atmosphere allows you to relax, sip on your mimosa and design your ring. The pricing is beyond reasonable specially after you see his custom work. To sum it up he will be the only custom jeweler for me.

We got our ring from William Travis Jewelry, and it was an excellent experience. We did it together, and even after hours of research my fiance and I still felt a little overwhelmed: she doesnt wear a lot of jewelry and memorizing all the numbers and grades for diamonds (like a good engineer) didnt really prepare me for the experience at all.But they helped us out with everything, from choosing a stone (and explaining what they were worth) to material to the design. They were honest and upfront, extremely knowledgeable: they knew all the answers and could explain anything technical, but I never once felt like he was throwing words out there to just confuse and bamboozle me. Throughout the whole process I felt very well taken cared of. But the thing that stood out to me overall was their obvious passion for their work...the artist would go off onto tangents and began thinking out loud, they walked us around the studio and showed us the process for making the rings....they were so proud of the pieces they were working on, had planned, and their numerous awards.In the end, we have a stunning ring, (I feel like a should mention, within my planned budget) that is absolutely one of a kind.

I had great service my first visit. I was set on having custom rings at this place and asked to see stone options. Come day of appointment 2 weeks later, the staff had didnt have our meeting in the books. Instead of a smooth meeting, I received the most condescending attitude from one of the staff jewelers. I walked out angry and offended. Ive chosen a different store and havent looked back.

Ive always known I wanted a green stone, but assumed my only option was an emerald. I had a friend with a sapphire who informed me that sapphires come in most colors and are only slightly less hard than diamonds. BOOM! Months of searching began.I looked at so many websites trying to find a green sapphire I wanted. They were too blue, too yellow, too small, too everything but right.On a whim, when meeting a friend for lunch at University Place, I thought, let me check William Travis! I wonder if they have any green sapphires. I walked in and asked and low and behold a TRAY of green sapphires came out.Green sapphires are rare and not a hugely popular stone, so I was in shock. Not only did they have the exact stone I wanted, they had a few different cuts for me to choose from. I found the PERFECT stone, exactly what I wanted there after searching for months.We had discussed designing our own ring and were able to sit down and discuss what that process would look like. Were not going to be doing that part until January, but we were able to get my beautiful stone set in a solitaire setting until we do the design.I am so happy with my gorgeous ring and perfect stone. The selection of colored stones at William Travis is incredible. I went multiple places and got the same response Im having trouble finding a green sapphire. I cant find a green sapphire that color/shape/size. This was not a problem at WT.The people there are incredibly helpful and nice as well. If you want good customer service, an incredible selection of gems, and a smile, I recommend WT.

My fiancé and I worked with Evette at WTJ to design a custom engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands. We had been shopping jewelry retailers in our area, but felt that most selections lacked artistry and looked basically the same from one shop to the next. When we looked through the images of work on WTJ’s website, we were really excited about the unique,interesting pieces. We actually live in Denver, CO – so Evette led us through whole process from 1600 miles away. She was amazing! We ended up with gorgeous, one-of-a-kind rings and couldn’t be more pleased.

We had a Omega watch looked at for a battery replacement.We were told that someone had been messing with the watch and used glue to fix it.Estimated repair cost at least $500.00We then took it to Travis.The technician looked at and did not see any glue activity.He cleaned the watch, replaced the battery, on two watches, total cost $65.00Suffice to say we are very pleased, and Travis has a lifelong customer.
