My journey with Dr. Saib and his wonderful staff started after many years of dental neglect. I resigned myself to the idea that I would probably have to get dentures or partials. I felt very vulnerable going for my first visit, but my feelings of anxiety soon dissipated. Dr. Saib and his staff are so kind, professional and compassionate. Along with Dr. Kevin Neshat, Dr. Saib was able to restore my smile with dental implants. This was truly advanced dentistry! I had some fillings as well and I have never had a dentist take so much time and care in injecting Novocain. I hardly felt a thing! I really can’t explain in words how amazing this team is. I’ve always been embarrassed about my teeth but faced no judgment at all. After an extremely thorough exam, Dr. S laid out the next steps for me to take. Throughout the whole process he was compassionate and reassuring. I feel good about the plan we have and am actually excited to get these teeth all fixed up! Moved here from Boston and had fantastic care for many years. Found Dr.Saib from positive reviews in NC. A few red flags during initial interactions but the one that boils my blood is when he told my wife if you were my wife, I would have had this done for you already. He later mailed me a very expensive quote for multiple crowns. Made my wife cry for two days. We got 2nd and 3rd opinions, and reviewed with previous dentist - all said there was no issue nor need for what was described by this person.Never going back.

I would not let anyone but Bilal to do my dentistry. Hands down, he is the most detail oriented, gentle and knowledgeable dentist I have known in my whole career. This is coming from a dentist by the way... I aspire to be like him in my own practice. And every time I visit him, I learn to do something different in my own practice that I did not know before.

Dr. Saib and his entire medical and office staff are treasures to their patients from the moment you enter the office with a cheery greeting until you exit with a much improved mouth! A sign that says they pay a living wage is important.In these Covid times, they have gone out of their way to provide a safe environment that I’ve not seen in any other medical facility. They equip themselves with masks and change gowns between patients. They wipe down all equipment in the room in readiness for the next patient and have all kinds of air cleansing machines. In spite of this the atmosphere is peaceful with windows that let in natural light and a screen that shows a fireplace. I imagine it’ll be a waterfall as Summer approaches.I really like the way Dr. Saib explains everything he’s about to do, how long it’ll take and why it’s being done. Being prepared is extremely helpful and being let in on the mysteries of the mouth is educational and fun. For the last few years Dr. Saib has done most of his own crowns instead of sending them out to a Lab. I had some pretty bad dental trauma a few years ago and used Dr. Saibs emergency hotline to get ahold of him and explain my situation. I recently had 8 crowns placed by Dr. B. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. He was patient with all of my questions and concerns, and genuinely cared. His staff is impeccable. They are very friendly, down to earth, and also extremely knowledgeable. Nina, Alyssa, and Ashley really helped me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I feel 1000 times more confident in my smile. I have become a regular patient as well. Dr. Saib takes great care to make sure everything looks natural and feels optimal. I’ve been going to Dr. Said for the better part of two years and I was in rough shape when I started my plan. We came up with a personalized solution to my problems and have worked on it to the point where I’m pain free and in a much better position health wise. He’s also been great with scheduling me as I have a hectic work schedule and I’m not always in the area. Everyone in the office has been pleasant to me. The drive is a little far for me, but it’s worth it.

The staff at Chapel Hill Advanced Dentistry is efficient and friendly, even at 8:15 on Monday morning. At reception and in the examining room, everyone recognizes my face. Especially the people in the examining room. Now, most doctors appointments include two lull periods (sometimes called eyes of the storm; it depends on the reason for the visit). The first wait occurs in the waiting room before the nurse calls you, and the second occurs after the nurse has finished with you and claims the doctor will be here soon. What sets CHAD apart from other offices is that this claim is always true, and in the short interval between check-up and doctors examination, you are handed a piping-hot wet towel on a silver platter to do with as you will. In summary, getting my teeth checked at Chapel Hill Advanced Dentistry is like spending time with the friend-named-Chad I never had; if anything, the appointments arent long enough.

I did a lot of internet research, including watching videos posted by various dentists sites, before I scheduled an appointment at Chapel Hill Advanced Dentistry with Dr. Saib.I am not fond of going to the dentist, and my teeth have at times suffered as a result. I have now been 3 times here in the last 3 months, getting caught up on my teeth, and this last time I was positively looking forward to going, which was frankly a real surprise.All of the staff are excellent, apparently Dr. Saib goes to a lot of trouble to have the very best folks working with him. The folks in the front office, dental hygienist, assistants, everyone. The office is a rare combination of competence and professionalism combined with relaxed friendliness and service. Dr. Saib and his staff are the best dentistry practice that Ive ever visited. They turn the dread of a visit to the dentist that I felt for most of my life into a relaxing and an enjoyable experience. Dr. Saibs expertise goes beyond filling cavities, too. A few years ago, he used his artistry to fill in two small gaps in my smile by expanding smaller than normal teeth with bonding that looks so natural that nobody can see it even when I point it out to them. Very simply put, why would anyone go somewhere else?

Im not a big fan of going to the dentist, which makes me incredibly picky about my dental care. Dr. Saib genuinely makes things as pleasant as they can be, considering someone is poking around your mouth with metal objects. He is extremely compassionate, takes extra time to explain things, and never makes you feel like hes in a hurry to get to the next patient. His entire staff is friendly and they really make you feel like family. Unlike some dentists Ive been to in the past, Ive never had to sit around wait a long time for the dentist or hygienist. Some of the other places Ive been to would overbook their schedule and Id have to sit and wait - always hated that. Im going to be moving about 4 hours away, but will probably still make the trip for any major work I need to have done in the near future.

I am truly grateful for Dr. Saib taking the time to see me as a new patient on a Saturday! I was in severe pain from my tooth ache and found his number from trip advisor. I called him up and he picked up my phone even though he was in a meeting! I told him how I thought I needed to extract my tooth and asked if he could see me on as soon as possible. He normally doesnt see new clients on Saturday but he made an exception because he heard how much pain I was in. When I meet him he was very kind and put me on the right medication to take away my pain and put me on the correct antibiotics. I highly recommend anyone in the area to go visit his office!

Friendly staff, Dr Saib is solely focused on you when he is with you, and the attention is thorough. Very minimal time spent in waiting room, a generally quick office for having one doctor.

Dr. Saib has been my regular dentist for about a decade now, and Ive always had the best experiences with his office. Every cleaning is like a little spa trip, and they keep having some new tool--this time it was a polisher that shoots a jet of water and powder instead of touching the tooth--less gritty and buzzy. But the real headline is the post implant Dr. Saib made to replace two of my front teeth almost 10 years ago. It was a challenging one, requiring two teeth molded into one cap, but they came out looking great and have been going strong for a decade.

Dr. Saib and his staff are the best! Have been to this office 3 times and a very good experience every time. Luckily I go for preventative care (exam is very thorough), but as a primary care physician I have also referred my patients to Dr. Saib for more complex dental needs as well as sleep apnea treatment. If I could have given CHAD 10 stars, I would have. My husband and I travel an hour just to see our favorite peeps at CHAD. Dr. Saib is a pure master in his field. I had all of my teeth removed (by an oral surgeon), implants placed, and non-removable dentures secured to the implants. But wait. Not as easy as it sounds! The first set of dentures were temporary while the implants settled in. The temporary dentures that Dr. Saib made were...beautiful!!! They very well could have served me as permanent. In my mind. But Dr. S, being the perfectionist he is, would not settle for that. He made me permanent dentures made of titanium and zirconium, making sure through the whole process that these dentures fit my face, fit my bite, fit my smile...fit ME!!! He hit the nail on the head, all with the best chairside manner you could ask for. He was a total pleasure to work with. But let me not forget his incredible assistants and office staff. All of them, without exception, are top notch: knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, helpful. Cant ask for more!! CHAD isnt just about high-maintenance folks like me. They are also my husbands regular dentist and he couldnt be happier. Dr. S saved my husband from needless work that a former dentist said he needed. This man and his staff can be trusted 100%. Best in the business. End of report!

Twice yearly cleanings, checkups and x-rays, wisdom teeth, braces, and then this...My 6 year old took a header down a snow covered street and chipped his tooth...(bring him in!). New Years Eve, kids playing pool, one kid threw a pool ball at another, chipped tooth...(bring him in!). I snore! (We can help!). Can my teeth be whiter? (Yes!)The techs and receptionists...Friendly, competent, and funny! Dr Saib was referred to me by a friend. I wanted veneers and was told by my dentist of 18 years that I was not a good candidate. I did nothing for years until my friend had it done and she looked fantastic! I went to Dr Saib...and I am so sorry I waited so long! Dr Saib is so wonderful, as is his staff. After 18 years, we are no longer going to our old dentist. I got my veneers...the process was quick, thorough and as pleasant as it could be:). Bilal is not only a fantastic dentist, but extremely gentle, kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. I cant recommend him enough!

I have to give Dr, Saib and his entire staff 100 stars. They are very good at thier jobs. I was seeing a different dentist for over a year went to see Dr. Saib, he was able to com[lete all my work in a matter of a few weeks with short awesome visits. They are all very friendly, and listen to everything you say. Dr. Saib was able to give me a beautiful smile in a matter of weeks. This is something no other dentist was able to accomplish in over a year. If you want the best this is the place for you. You will love everyone there. I could write a book about how awesome he and his entire staff is.

Dr. Saib and his staff are first rate. From the moment you enter the office, you feel welcomed and cared for. I have been really pleased with the work that Dr. Saib has done. He takes the time to explain what he is doing. And he is gentle so that there is no pain.I recently switched to Dr. Saibs practice after my dentist of many years sold his practice to a new dentist. That dentist told me that I needed a crown and a cavity filled. When I saw Dr. Saib, he said that the crown wasnt necessary. I was prepared to have the crown done so I was very pleased by Dr. Saibs honesty.The rest of my family is in the process of switching to this practice which I highly recommend!

Dr. Bilal and his staff are amazing! My father is a periodontist and my brother is a dentist so i am very picky when it comes to dental work! I have been coming here for 8 years and they keep getting better! Besides the wonderful dentistry done here, Dr. Saib has restored some old bridges for me and a couple of implants (i was born with 5 congenitally missing teeth and so have had bridges since i was 15) and the results are lovely as well as functional :), they treat everyone like family. This office is more than just the great work done here! Bilal drilled the glue out of my one of my sons iphone when Daniel put some super glue on the end of a q-tip to try to remove a broken ear jack a few years ago. My son with autism comes here for cleanings and fillings and this morning Erik started to shake with the beginnings of a seizure and they immediately brought him water and food so we could stop it. When any of my family is having tooth trouble, they fit them in. If you want a family oriented practice where you are well cared for, this place is it!
