Margaret is a wonderful advocate and very knowledgeable about laws, regulations and information families need to know, should know and might not have been told. We hired Margaret to help us navigate through a couple of incidents, that took place at our sons school whom has special needs. Being new to North Carolina and still learning how the school system and laws work here, we turned to Margaret for professional guidance, advocacy and knowledge. Based on the information we gave Margaret, she knew exactly what to do, what to look into and how to support us at a meeting with school officials.
