I love this office! Ive been with State Farm for over 20 years through 4-5 different agents. And Ive filed claims on home and auto for the usual stuff and theyve always treated me great and with fairness. Recently, I started a personal articles policy for all my camera gear. And my absent minded self lost a lens. They cut me a check for my lost gear the same day and then followed-up to make sure I got it. Super helpful staff. Glad to be with Dietsch!

Jennifer has been our agent for a number of years and Ive appreciated her professionalism, her outgoing personality and her desire to help her clients to the best of her ability. I have always dreaded auto insurance business. All of the complicated details, long phone calls on hold or talking to an automated voice, fluctuating rates, hidden fees, and the “in-between” legalese of contracts. Ive had two vehicle loans now and couldnt be more happy with the process! Their rates beat local banks and car dealerships.

I have used this office even before Jennifer arrived. Over the past few years the service has gone down in quality and I have had continuing troubles getting someone to answer my questions in a timely manner. I recently called to change coverages on a recent investment property and to inquirer into a G/L coverage for another business invest Im considering and was told they would call back later. I am considering moving my coverages to another agent.

The worst experience ever, and I moved my insurance to another agent whom is family and she red flagged me and after two claims I was dropped, I have had my business with State Farm for over 10 years. Dont file a claim people. And if you do this insurance is not for you, and certainly not this agent.
