Great experience renting from enterprise truck rental. I actually did not even know this existed until recently. Saved hundreds of dollars over what I would’ve paid at U-Haul. The staff was courteous, friendly and professional. I’ve already told a couple friends to stop using U-Haul save some money and try this out next time they need a truck or van.

Extremely easy check-in/check-out. Compared to other rental places enterprise has the best prices. The employees are friendly and accommodating.

I successfully reserved a 15 moving truck online, only for Enterprise to cancel it 20 hours prior to my scheduled pickup time. They offered a van instead. I asked if they would upgrade me to something bigger rather than downgrading me to something insufficient. If you need to rely on your truck rental because youre moving or something, you may want to look to a more reliable company. Disappointed.

This was my first time visiting this location. I was really impressed of the world class service they have given me in a timely manner. I needed a truck ASAP (for a Monday and was Sunday), was able to find one online at the Sterling location. Went there to pick it up and the rate was very good, after speaking with me, they assessed I may not need such a large truck and got me into a better size and price. That’s great customer service! I then brought it back within a couple of hours because I was just hauling a commercial fridge and they worked with me even more on the price. Overall I think they are great guys and know what customer service is! Thank you so much.

Some issue with the van but was able to correct the situation with a replace on Monday --- trouble getting anyone to help on a Sunday. Customer service for truck rental is poor from Sat noon till Monday morning . Car rental is better
