This company helps individuals to expand their horizons as a person in the most loving environment possible. The staff is supportive and friendly. CRI is always working on growth.

Hmmm...Where to start?, if you go the PRN route, the lady is extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s a colorism and favoritism thing with her and always will be that. She talks to people any kind of way and is always rude via telephone and email. They’re very unorganized and unprofessional. They test your patience so much to where you would want to act in an ill manner towards them. Working as a permanent staff member? There is no support, there is a bunch of childishness that comes with this job and that’s pretty much it. They pick and choose who they like and dislike and they waste no time showing it. There is a differential between morning shift, evening and overnight shift. Every time something happens, it is always blamed on the evening shift. Whenever there are shortages of staff, they’ll pretty just put anyone on the shift because they just want a body. There are a bunch of teacher’s pets and brown-nosing that goes on here. I’ve never seen so many grown people who do not want to work. People do a lot of tattle-telling because you may not complete a task that they didn’t want to do and that’s pretty irritating. The pay rate is reasonable but not for the unnecessary drama and chaos that comes with it. Just know that there are too many chiefs and not enough braves and the employees do a lot of underhanded things and do not act as mandated reporters. A lot of things are swept under the rug, not acknowledged or just overlooked and blown off until something serious happens.Bottom line You’re better off working at the same pace as the other staff members that have been here for years, you’ll see why their work ethic is the way it is. Too many people tell staff and managers what they are and are not going to do and get away with it and so many people don’t want to do more work than the other and it’s unfortunate because the individuals services are not being fulfilled.

Worst company ever some of their employees (program managers) illegally record you on the phone with them. Only company that will write new employees up because they don’t want to tarnish seasoned employees and that will write you up off the clock and force their employees to lie about it.

Very dishonest people.
