LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY.I missed my first delivery attempt on Monday. I wrote on the UPS notice sticker to knock hard and/or call cell phone number written. On the following day, I changed my work schedule to be home all day. There was no knock, no phone call, no new UPS notice sticker. However, the UPS website documented, The receiver was not available for delivery. Well make a second attempt the next business day. I talked to customer service via online chat and telephone to report this false attempt and I was assured that the package would arrive the following day.The following day, I made sure I was available and the same thing happened. I called customer service again, furious that someone is not attempting deliveries and documenting that they did. She assured me that I would receive my package tomorrow and that someone from my local UPS center would call me by the end of the evening. I never received a phone call.The following day, I made sure I was available and the same thing happened again! I called customer service and asked why there has been NO communication between customer service and the actual employee responsible for delivering my package. The best he could do was to apologize, document the case and tell me someone from my local UPS center would call me before 8PM. I did not receive a phone call.Today, is now Friday, 4 days after my promised delivery. After speaking with UPS customer service I have been informed that my package is being returned to the sender in New Jersey and that this UPS location is responsible for dispatch.My question to your facility is, why have there been NO interventions from your management team to ensure the UPS employee is actually performing their job and documenting correctly? I have given your team, EVERY opportunity to rectify the situation. With every telephone call I have received an apology but no results. Why has this become my problem and now the sender of the packages problem?I look forward to hearing your solution.Thank you,Jamie
I checked the hours online before I went to pick up a package and it said they were open until 1 pm. I used my lunch break to get there around 12:20pm and there was a paper sign that said they were only open until 12 pm starting July 2019... why wouldn’t they make these updates online? I went ahead and took a pic of the new hours and sent it into Google so it can be updated today. I didn’t want anyone else to go through the same trouble. In the pics, you can see that the original hours were until 1 pm but now Google has updated to 12 pm because I submitted an edit. It’s really not that difficult. Why didn’t anyone from UPS update it?Also a UPS employee was kind enough to go in and ask a manager if they could hand me my package since they were still in the office and it was only 12:20 pm. However the manager said it was during their off hours and since they’re not paid during these hours, they won’t get it... I understand that if you do it for one person, you may feel obligated to do it for other as well... but then at least fix your hours online. I heard from several sources that this was a common problem that customers faced. Hopefully the updated hours will prevent these issues moving forward.
Do you guys have any accountability for your drivers that play delivery games with packages. There should now be two complaints on this delivery, tracking number removed.Day one the driver does not knock or ring the doorbell, and slides a sticker on my door. I was on the phone with your customer service minutes after he did that, I was told that he would return and deliver it that day and I would get a call to coordinate, waisting my night to go along with my day. There was no delivery, no call from them and nothing but excuses. A supervisor told me that a formal complaint was being filed for this and I would get a call by 10 AM today to give me a delivery window so I did not have to miss anymore unnecessary work. I received no call, but my status updated online that it was out for delivery arriving before 7 PM. So I missed another day of work remaining at home to receive this package. At 7 when no one has shown up I called and was informed that the delivery window was between 5PM and 8:30PM and someone should have called me. I asked to file another complaint and the representative said a call center would call me back for escalation and that call never came. At 8:35 I called back and was told to continue to wait for this package and no answers could be given, I asked to speak to another supervisor who made calls and found out that the driver would not only not make it out for delivery, but the package somehow did not even make it on the truck for today. I am assuming this was in retaliation for the formal complaint. But I read reviews of this similar events happening to other clients you are supposed to be delivering to from the chantilly center. And they had their packages sent back to the sender. I don’t expect any good response from this message. As I sent a direct Facebook message to @UPS as you directed others only to find out that you do not accept messages. Your service is a joke.
Good service received at that place but you need to know they are close between 12pm to 4pm
I travel here several days a week. I love the ladies behind the counter. They are the make or break of this location and customer experience.
The two people on staff were ready to assist and pleasant. They tried to help but the package I came to retrieve was not there. But they were friendly and accommodating
I recently move to a new address in Herndon. Its a brand new community called Foster Glen . My townhome is located at the Velocity Rd . If I could give zero stars I would! I payed for next day delivery and my package was supposed to be delivered today. I anxiously waited for the delivery guy at my kitchen window. When he arrived I took a picture of him delivering to a house across the street from me but he never stopped at my house. 30 mins later, the status changed on the website to delivery attempted. No sticker was left on the door and I literally have proof that the delivery guy came to my neighborhood but no delivery was attempted to my house. I paid $30 for next day shipping for a reason and I feel I am entitled to a full refund.
The staff was friendly. I got my package with a smile. Its rare, but she did say thank you and smile.
UPS will not deliver when I am home and wants me to drive over an hour to get a package.

I have actually requested Amazon to never use UPS for my shipping needs due to my experience with this location. My home is roughly 10 minutes from this location. I had a package arrive there at 6AM on Saturday, said it was on the way to be delivered around noon. I was to receive the package at or before 8PM the same day. Today is Sunday...Nothing has arrived. I go back to check and now its showing deliver date to be next Friday. I will have to see if I can pick it up in person on Monday. FYI, I ordered the item on a Wednesday and payed for 2 day shipping. I see UPS is following in the footsteps of the USPS.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Employee at the desk lied about there being a manager (who later came out), one of them refused to give me her name after giggling and making sideways comments, one was on the phone most of the conversation, and tried to argue that I had been there to pick up alcohol before (1) I’m 22 years old why does this matter (2) I had never been there in my life. Really a nightmare.The name she gave me was Pam Philips who knows if that’s true.

UPS My Choice (anyone can sign up for an online account) with this Chantilly location is not good. In last month, package 1 it shows exactly on a map where the delivery truck is and updated every few minutes, but said driver delivers until 2:30pn that Saturday, his/her truck parked at this Chantilly hub for over four hours and package delivered after dark. Package 2 again delivered after dark, but thankfully an honest neighbor who brought it the next morning to the house here. Package 3 originally to be delivered yesterday when not home for hours, so used UPS My Choice to reschedule the delivery to the next day today paying a $5 fee by credit card which they acknowledged the requested change by email, but now 9pm passes and no delivery and the package did not even get loaded to a delivery truck today. Now to request a refund of this add on service. With this depot hub, since reading the recent negative Google reviews, maybe the service should be called UPS Their Choice. You can also use this online service to request to pick up your package at this hub location. but unsure given also the other one star reviews here if that tech can be trusted.Since the pandemic hit, UPS package volumes have been at end of year holiday levels per news reports. With all the extra revenue UPS is raking in, they could hire extra at least part time help to assist. Many of the current drivers are working 70 hour weeks, maximum allowed by federal law, worn out and tired making mistakes and still not able to handle the overload. With many in the US unemployed, there is a huge labor pool. Something is wrong with management at this location or higher up not to spend money to do more hiring, unless social distancing is the issue.Update:Most recent package from UPS received at 9:20 PM, yes that is PM (three days late), a new record from many years served by this hub as far as lateness in the evening, and have the tracking history and text alert to prove it. Giving them an extra star 2 to 3 for trying on this one, but wow they must be overloaded! Given that, when possible which cannot always be, handing off my business to other carriers until this pandemic is over such as USPS and Amazon, who do not deliver so late in the day, with exception of Lasership down the road which is another Google review saga.

UPS is notorious for loosing packages, and within their own warehouse. It goes to Chantilly and never leaves. Ive had always 99.9% delivery satisfaction from USPS even small insignificant shipment from China, always delivered!!! Once I learned that its being shipped via UPS, NOPE...30% does it arrive!
Never try ups if you have a chance to use fedex. The package is lost after ups driver picked up package. the warehouse said that the package never came there. I don’t want blame anybody but apparently it is stolen.
I ordered 1 day shipping for a package that cost $100. It’s important because I need it to work. The app said it was delivered but there was no package. I got a hold of the ups truck outside. He had his superior call me. I was told that the route-man lost my package and probably delivered it to the wrong house. I was told he would retrace his steps and deliver the package to me by the end of the day hopefully. If not to give them a call Monday. I tried to make a claim online but their website kept locking me out even through I reset my password and used a temporary password they gave me. I called Monday and no one can talk to me cause of “covid”. I went to the ups customer center near me where my package was at cause they don’t have a phone number. Talked to them, at first they told me it said my package was out for delivery, when I told them that must be a mistake they tried to figure out what was going on and then told me they just lost the package and there was nothing they can do about it and that I would have to contact the seller. I contact the seller and they tell me UPS is responsible and they can’t do anything. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED! Still don’t have my package and was never reimbursed.

If I could give negative start I would. I have had two packages be attempted to be delivered. The first one was attempted three times. There is a mail room specifically for packages at my apartment and they do not even bother to see if the door is open (it always is). I called them 7 times now to find packages and ask for the driver to call me so I can come out to get it in case they get lost. No call ever happens. I then call back and Im told I will receive a call within the hour. No call so I call again and the same thing happens three times. I called them again today after a package was delivered back to the sender in Canada without me knowing and they told me if a package does not get delivered it is not a big deal, just call us. This place is absolutely worthless and these drivers should be fired immediately.
Package arrived at Chantilly location on Friday. Operational errors persisted, delaying my package by one day at a time. Calls to the UPS call center (based in Philipines) were useless, since they could not directly communicate with any live person at the Chantilly facility itself. Opted on Tuesday morning for pickup after another delay in shipping. Was graciously helped by the employees at the Customer Center, who were able to interact with the warehouse effectively enough to get me my 90-pound package the next day. I need their number next time.
Excellent reps who work here-friendly, attentive and helpful. Helped me during a very stressful package dilemma. However, I wish the hours were more convenient. And I do not like calling the customer a service line.
My tracking #s said my 2 pkgs were on the truck to be delivered on Saturday by 9pm. A signature was required. By 8pm on Saturday, I rechecked the tracking #s and to my horror, my pkgs were to be delivered on Monday. Another day in the house...not happy because UPS had my email and cell # so someone should have contacted me to explain. Its too bad that the Chantilly Hub has NO customer service. Finally today, Monday at 4pm my 2 pkgs arrived.
I needed a package for Sunday, and missed the delivery to my house on Friday. I rushed to the store, and Pam went above and beyond to help me track down my package. It took a while for the delivery truck to come around, but Pam waited with me after operating hours to make sure I received my package. She rearranged her own schedule to help me. One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Thanks again Pam!

This place is awesome. It is never busy and they don’t nickel and dime you like at the post office. They have tape and packing slips that you can use right on the counter and the staff is always willing to help you close up your box. Highly recommend.

The worst customer service system in history. Ups and their employees literally dont know anything. Automated phone hangs up on you without connecting you, the employees lie to you about where the package is, so you make decisions based on their info that is wrong and it end up making your delivery worse. My package went from 9/4 delivery to 9/14 cause of three employees error in making changes to my delivery.
Package was suppose to be delivered to home depot yesterday. They packed the truck wrong. Never got in truck. Ive got three guys on site waiting for this package . Home depot wanted to send someone yesterday to pick up. Was denied.Your customer service sucks. Ive been on hold for 20 minutes now waiting for a supervisor. And they are in the Philippines!

Useless, incompetent.Took all the correct documents to pick up my wife’s package. Her ID ( Drivers license and Passport, Proof of address with both our names on and my ID.) Plus a letter of authorisation from my wife.First woman clearly needs more training, had to ask her boss. But doesn’t explain that she has seen proof of residence with both our names on.I then get told I need to take a picture of my wife’s ID and email it to them.So I do this ( and send it to myself to prove I’ve received it )They can’t open the picture.By this point I’m loosing my patience.I ask them why they can’t just scan or copy the ID, the reply was. “ we don’t have access to a scanner “ seriously? At a logistics business, you have got to be kidding.I could go on but suffice to say I’ve lost 40 minutes of my life because they cannot perform their duties correctly when given the appropriate documents to release the package to me.
The communication for UPS is extremely horrible! On the tracking layout they stated that my package would arrive by the end of the day. I called at 6 am to clarify that the status of the tracking layout was correct because my package was important and I was told several times throughout the day (because of course I called more than once) that it will definitely arrive. I WAS EVEN GIVEN A TIME FRAME. Turns out my package never came and today is Jan 1st so all facilities are currently closed and now I’m STILL WAITING FOR A NEXT DAY AIR PACKAGE that was definitely supposed to be delivered to me yesterday. Also, I asked the representative to transfer me to the supervisor so I could discuss the circumstances of my package and she hung up on when she figured out it was nothing else she could do. My package arrived at this facility at 6 am and apparently it wasn’t scanned until 5:51pm for departure.

When a critical package was missed at our house, they did an awesome job of getting it to us at the service center.
I missed the delivery of a package for which I had to sign and was instructed to go to the Chantilly facility later in the evening when the trucks returned. The staff was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my need to getting my package as soon as possible and communicated with the truck driver to let me know when the truck would return to the facility. I had to wait a bit but the staff had my package in my hands as soon as the truck returned and got me out the door right before closing time. Much appreciated customer service. Thank you!
This is a place where when it’s busy, customers can be belligerent and mean, and the customer service agents do their best in the face of it. I am there at least once a week and have seen them go through heroic efforts to take care of people’s missing packages. Believe me, they know how important your packages are, I’ve had my issues with UPS but overall they do a great job
Wish I would have read these reviews before I stepped foot in the customer center located on Stonecroft Blvd to mail a package. The people working there dont care about their jobs or the customers. I get better service from a 3rd party UPS retailer than I did here. Dont bother to call the 1-800 number to complain as they dont care and have no visibility or influence into this center. Best to take your business elsewhere. The post office and fedex are looking mighty good right about now.
This is where I usually pick up my packages. I am always greeted with a smile and friendly service. There is plenty of parking available with handicap reserved spots by the entrance. Every time I have visited, there has been no or very little wait. The employees are all friendly and happy to help.

My package was OUT FOR DELIVERY 6/19 (not delivered), OUT FOR DELIVERY 6/20 (not delivered), OUT FOR DELIVERY 6/22 (not delivered). I called customer service and was promised it would be delivered 6/22 by 9 pm and it still didnt arrive! Ill just pick it up MYSELF since UPS cant seem to do their job! DISGUSTED and ANNOYED!
UPS has yet to recognize my new address. I have called the UPS number over 5 times now and they put in a request to have this facility call me back and no one ever does. ALL packages that come from UPS are majorly delayed because of this and never get delivered to me. The only way for me to get my packages is to call the sender and have them send it to a friends house OR pick it up 30 miles away at this facility. Do better UPS...
The worst UPS delivery service ever! They are liars! I have 3 packages that were supposed to be delivered yesterday 3/15/19. On all of them they have a note: Customer not in on 1st attempt. Delivery will be made to a UPS Access Point™ next business day for customer pickup.This is not true! We were home waiting for the delivery. All of those packages did not require a signature and they never ask for signature anyways. Not only that. One of the packages was a two day expedited service. It arrived at this Chantilly location early morning on March 14 and was only loaded on the vehicle for delivery on March 15. Why in the world the expedited package was on hold there for the entire day! And yes. Today is 3/16 and package is not delivered and they are saying that they will deliver it on March 18th only!!!!Finally. I have to say, that this happened to us several times in last couple of years. This seem to be a standard procedure for them when they don’t want to have delivery done on Friday. They simply place a faulty information that no one is home. Really. Who wants to work on Friday afternoon. Certainly not UPS delivery people.Whatever it takes, avoid using UPS for anything that is time sensitive!
Customer service is a 3 from an 1-10 scale. They don’t speak to you rather politely rather they rush you as if your supposed to know everything already. When you ask them a question it’s as if you are wasting their time. I’ve been to better locations then this one. Just horrible.
Absolutely the most horrible UPS location in the US. I have had 4.....count them four packages updated in route as packaged refused, returned by sender while waiting for items to be delivered, even though I never authorized to have packages sent back. Over the Christmas holiday I had packages mailed and sent back and have never recovered them as I did not know the original sender. Maybe they were gifts, maybe the driver kept them.....I will never know because UPS had no info on them after they were declared refused by the driver. Fast forward to today. Im expecting two packages, Im tracking two packages and what do you know? They were updated by the driver as returned or rejected. Well that never happened because I was never home to reject them. I have parcel pending and the driver didnt leave packages there either....go figure. I call UPS and the driver claimed my rental office informed him that packages could only be recieved by people on the lease and name on mail boxes. Well thats good because I have both and on top of that....I have parcel pending right there in the lobby! I call UPS, they stop my package from being sent back. Driver is delivering again today. So 9pm comes and still no driver. I call UPS again this time the drivers story is that parcel pending was broken? So lets get this straight, I refused a package, my rental office claimed my name was not on the lease and parcel pending is broken? Okay so where the hell is my package? Oh wait, now UPS driver will deliver in the morning. They apologize and tell me not to worry. Well I just got another message stating that delivery was attempted again at 8:42pm and driver will be back tomorrow before evening....oh really? Thats funny because Ive been home on the phone with UPS while their driver once again lied about attempting to deliver my package. This is unbelievable! I hate this place! Worst UPS ever!

The clerk was pleasant and efficient. The only complaint I have is that the hours listed on their website are incorrect and need to be updated. In fact, they need to be updated all over the internet where the customer care center is listed. I arrived this morning only to find they were closed and would re-open at 3 p.m. The woman behind me was worried because she couldnt return at 3 p.m. or after. I was fortunate that I wasnt working today and could so do.A thank-you to UPS customer service online, also. My package delivery was attempted on three different days, but I was unable to receive it because I worked 1/2-day afternoons on all three days (deliver was scheduled for 3 p.m.). I called and the customer service rep arranged for the delivery guy to try again on Friday, but he didnt arrive by 4:30 pm and I had plans for that evening so I had another rep make it so it would be delivered to the customer care center in Chantilly. Glad to finally have my package!

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. I have repeatedly complained due to the driver leaving packages without notification. How are is it to RING A DOORBELL????? I was again walked outside today to find a very expensive item propped against my front door. No email notification - which Im signed up for. No doorbell ring, no knock. WHY IS THIS SO HARD??????????????????????????11/27 and 11/28: Two more packages left with no knock or doorbell ringing. One left in the rain.
By far the worst experience ever, they dont deserve any stars. I called Customer service for an update as to when I would be receiving a package for one of the employees, they told me someone will get in contact with me for further information. I get the call and the guy says I have to go pick up the package at their UPS place. I told him my name wouldnt be on the package because it was placed by an employee . He said its fine. Long story short I get there and they refused to hand me the package, although I had the receipt when order was placed. As well as employee couldnt come because of a personal matter as I explained to the guy on the phone. I was there for an Hour arguing back and forth with three employees . 2 African ladies and 1 white male. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here . Its pointless.
They left our exercise bike in our mulch in our plants in the pouring down rain with a tiny strip of plastic across the top... box is soaked completely through. Never again will I order from this company, this is not the first time Ive had issues with them. In their attempt to be fast they are completely careless about peoples products. If they have large products they should come prepared with plastic to cover it.
During my visit to the UPS Customer Center, I had the most horrendous experience. When I brought in my very well packed item to be dropped off, I was informed of a policy regarding value of the item being shipped. This policy requires that staff view the item within.I had third party shipping insurance and I was made to completely unpack our wood crate sealed with screws, packing peanuts, and extensive bubble wrap. After they cut the bubble wrap and looked at the item, I was told that I could pay for additional bubble wrap to replace the bubble wrap that had been damaged or compromised during the unpacking.They just looked at the package, did not take any pictures. I don’t know what’s the point to look at it even if I bought the insurance from UPS. Secondly, if they really care what’s in your box, they should purchase X-ray machines. Third, after they cut all my bubble pack, at least they should provide free bubble sheet for me to pack it back. 1 star is far too many.
UPS used to be better than the Postal Service, now its possibly worse. Even if you find the phone number for the Chantilly location, good luck talking to a local agent. The automated system will try to send you back to the website (where I started in the first place), but by pressing 0 -an option they dont offer but which works in many cases - you will be connected to Byron in the Philippines, who will politely explain that they cant help you. The Chantilly location is open Saturday morning, but apparently they dont do anything, so you have to wait until Monday. Same experience multiple times, once with a delivery going missing and presumed stolen.
I was supposed to receive my sons medication yesterday. Package 2/2 was dropped off but the package with the medication was returned to sender with the comment receiver states this was never ordered. Why would you drop one package off? The only one home that could have refused it was the dog and he doesnt talk. No answers from customer service....what a joke.

If you cant afford to sit at home all day hoping theyll deliver your package when they said they would, then this is where you have to go to pick it up in northern VA. Occasionally the service is speedy, but generally it is quite slow and you can easily spend more than 15 minutes waiting in line.
I use this shipping center allot to ship packages. Staff is friendly and I am usually in and out quickly. Better than FedEx.
I had an overnight delivery of temperature sensitive medication that cost $3700 shipped from my pharmacy. The package never arrived. No call or email telling me what happened, where my package was, or how to get it. I did check the tracking with a message that basically said they didnt deliver it. So I called the corporate number for tracking a package after some time on the phone going through all the prompts I finally got to speak with an agent. She said some one from the packages location would call within an hour. Well that didnt happen but I did get an email that said I agreed to pick the package up that day, at this time it is 7 pm. I am not from the area it didnt tell me the address of where to pick it up. So on the phone again after several prompts I finally got one that told me the address of where to pick it up. I spent an hour and a half in traffic the next morning going to the location hoping that the medication is still cold. I finally got the package and told UPS that I wouldnt sign for it until I knew it was still cold. They said I could not inspect it unless I signed, so I reluctantly did. Now I have $3700 worth of warm ruined medication, and was told by UPS to take it up with the sender. REALLY I will take it up with them and anyone else that I can get to listen. Never use Chantilly UPS for a sensitive shipment.
Do not deliver through UPS. You will have to spend more money in travelling to UPS to try to ship and pick up your package than if you just drove across country to pick up your package and deliver it yourself. Totally ridiculous.
I would give zero stars if I could. It took all of my effort to not lose it on one of my 5 customer service calls today. I am not a rude person and try to be polite with all customer service reps.I missed my package by about 5 minutes, as in I saw the UPS truck leaving when I was returning from walking my dogs. I tried to wave him down, but the driver didnt see me (or he didnt care). I was very pleasantly surprised by the speed of which my actual order was delivered, so it didnt put me in too bad of a mood.I used the notice to call UPS and decided (since it was about 10AM) that I would just have the package held for pickup. Success! Or so I thought... until they left me a voicemail 3 hours and a couple calls later (not the 1 hour promised) to tell me the package would not be available until after 8PM when the place closes at 8:45.I called back to tell them that I needed to have the package put back on delivery bc I cant pick it up after 8 and thought I would be able to get it sometime in the afternoon/ early evening. They wanted to charge me to change delivery course, but I would have never requested pick-up if they had told me in advance it might be until 8PM. So, they tell me they will call me back in an hour.They dont call me back, so I have to call them, they are still unsure because the request is still being processed... They tell me they will call me in an hour.They dont call me back, so I once again call them. I should say, this isnt a local line but the regular UPS line and I have to fight with the machine to be given an operator no matter how many times I press 0. I finally get someone on the line, and she is telling me she will update the request again, and asks what address I need to have it sent to. I tell her, and she tells me its the wrong address, and she will try to change it. I ask about 50 times who the package is addressed to, and she keeps giving me the address (not my address). She even tries to submit a request to change where it is being delivered, keeps asking me if it is residential, etc and will not answer WHO the addressee is. Finally, when she tells me the system did not accept the address change, she understands my question. It is not addressed to me.Absolutely ridiculous considering I gave my name and address on each phone call and it took these geniuses 5+ calls to realize the driver got the wrong house in the first place.
Thanks to all at this UPS Customer Center and the driver for helping ensure a medication shipment arrived to us by a certain time (before the end of day) so we would have it in time to take to an appointment this afternoon. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, understanding, and helpful. Thanks to all!
Good place to send and receive stuffs
UPS service is extremely disappointing. They have lost 2 packages of mine within a year. The first package they dropped off a block away from my house at a similar address and were unable to locate the package at all. After 4 phone calls (and several hours) back and forth between UPS customer service, the local UPS center and the store that shipped the package, I gave up. The owner of the house saw my phone number on the package and called me because of the mistake. It was a bed frame so it took 2 of us to lift it into my vehicle and transport it to my house.Today again they sent a message to say my package was delivered and its missing. Extremely frustrated because those items were needed TODAY.They also are guilty of not ringing the door bell for signed deliveries. There were 5 people in the house when a UPS delivery happened and supposedly they missed us and left a note on the door. No one heard a door bell or a knock on the door. We had to drive to the store the next day to pick up the parcel.
It took over a half hour to pick up a package and there were only about four people ahead of me in line. The DMV is faster...and cleaner. This place feels so dirty.Additionally, the floor layout is annoying. They have no line control in place, so the line stretched in front of the automatic doors, so they kept opening.Also, the parking lot is illogical- they painted a crosswalk through about four parking spaces, rendering them unusable.
Customer service is closed from 1pm to 4pm. A sign on the locked gate would have been nice.
Not surprised reading these reviews but I paid $35 for my package to be shipped over night & once again UPS has failed me as a customer/consumer. Unable to hold up there promise, extremely disappointed with the service. :/
Sender left out my apartment number on package...instead of UPS driver dropping off my package at main office, they sent to customer service center for me to pick up myself. They will hold your package hostage for 5 days and will charge extra fees just to resend a package. FedEx is the way to go.
I always go online and request my packages be held at the counter. I then visit at 7AM and get it right away instead of waiting all day and worry someone will steal it.The staff at the counter are so friendly
Had package held for pick up because my client urgently needs it. Waiting for a nebulous afternoon delivery seemed silly if I could swing by to get it. WRONG! After spending 45 minutes waiting for their searches, I had to leave for prior appointments. Before I left, I obtained the name and number of the supervisor on charge. I also received a commitment from the person waiting on me that she (or someone) would contact me in an hour with an update.Well, its been 20 minutes beyond the time when she said she would call. I still have not received a call. The number for the supervisor rings and rings and rings. No voicemail. No one picks up.Must be nice to be part of an oligopoly where the consumer has very little choice and the company can treat customers poorly with impunity. Perhaps they should take a page from the Comcast book and hire a C level person to improve their customer service.
I hate ups. They attempted delivery on a Saturday of a package that I paid next day air shipping on. They never leave packages at my house. No knock, no delivery slip. Now I wont be able to get the parts I need until Tuesday as Ill need the slip to retrieve the package at ups hub which is a 50minute drive. What am I supposed to do? Wait on the proch all day for the delivery man? Take days off of work to sit at home and wait for my package? UNACCEPTABLE.
The lady who helped me was a bit salty. She didnt look like she was enjoying working that day. It was also starting to snow. But overall its a good reliable place to pick up shipments.
Most horrible customer service ever. I will be lodging official complaint with UPS head office regarding the staff that works here...!!!
They lost my correct address and without contacting me they sent to a state which i had never been to, what a branch of lousy bags and indiscipline people. I strongly request to develop work ethics.Last and worst experience ever with UPS.
The driver couldnt be bothered to knock on my door. They just leave packages with the rental office. When they say they are going to call you back, they never do. Ive never seen a bigger group of untrustworthy people. How sad, especially when they say how important customer service is to them.
Very helpful and quick. As soon as I walked into the building I was met by a gentleman who asked if he can help me. He found my package and I was out in less than 5 minutes.
Love the employees! BUT their hours of customer service are TERRIBLE, they need to return to the 8am-7pm hours.
They have held packages without notifying or reason as to why until multiple phone calls were made to find out my apartment was pulled from their route. Its such a headache and i wish i didnt have to deal with ups anymore
Very fat and friendly service. The directions to the front door are a little confusing since Google directed me to the truck entrance not the customer service. Luckily they have signs to redirect people. I was in and out in a matter of minutes.
Package was not delivered, even though required signature was provided on the form left after the first and second visits. Drivers are clearly not trained to do a proper job, or are not properly motivated to do a good job.
My interactions with UPS the past couple of days has been horrendous. They take top prize for worst customer service EVER. Never have I been told so much false and incorrect information. Delivery Status mysteriously changed multiple times forcing me to drive to the customer center multiple times since I was told my package was there. Package was never there. I will now make it my mission to tell everyone not to use UPS if possible.
Long waiting for costumer service call. Have been on line for 30 min, still no rep answered the phone. Sent my package to wrong address.
